It was a spell bounding update...I read it some three times ... and it was so deep and intense - the emotions..
Geet wants to express herself... trying to revive the love... but every attempt is mistook by him... he is not doing it purposefully.. but with 18 years of ignorance, he doesnt really is not able to take that all her tears and restlessness are the reason of her longing to be with him and express herself..
She ran down the stairs to welcome him with a hug - but he thought it to be her anxiety to prepare snack for dev
She shied when he tried to soothe her pain in the ankles - he feared it to be a denial..
And the worst when she heard him explain to dev what he thought of her act of running down in haste...
He is not wanting to hurt her... but the hurt and refusal is deep down that it is not in him to realize the reality!!
The more she tried to express her love and care - the more its pushing him into frustration... The more its making him feel that she is broken due to devansh going out to hostel.. its not her refusal, but his fear of seeing her so much into dev that is bothering him.. he is more worried for her hurt!!
"The thought them.. their life together was never a concept now in his mind.. he knew it never would matter to her. Her happiness was only in Devansh."
This line.. was the harsh reality of their relation to him as he is still in dark about her realization...
And this guy is so much in love that he is so content with her being happy... he is happy to be with her even if she doesnt acknowledge it... Again, this is making him get frustrated.. he doesnt expect reciprocation of love, but feeling angry and frustrated on seeing her not being happy... and the frustration is making him vulnerable and the deep hidden wounds are getting resurfaced...
It turns all messy... she longing to be with him... and him being frustrated due to her sadness...
And his mask fell --- just a bold step from her to express her love made him lose it all... It is so painful to geet to see him rejecting her when she tried to be bold with him for the first time in their entire life... And the refusal is just getting her mad and sad...
But its so much different in his POV.. he is hurt yet again thinking that his love was over seen with desire...
that particular line - "He Desired her.. Yes.. but more than that He WORSHIPED her" --- Beautiful... just explains all the love !!!
But atlast he atleast opened up.. and expressed his hurt... She was damn hurt by the refusal and him failing to realize the attempts she makes...
She was angry on him to leave her like that... and when she expressed her love... she heard the truth that she never expected...
She never expressed her love for him... When it was the two of them, she had always mentioned sam when it came to him... and then it was devansh... and i remember the way she mentioned the baby to be "mera baby" when he felt hurt on not hearing "humara baby".. Worst being her telling him that she knew his love coz sam told her when he told those magical words to her...
Its so painful... for both of them... but am wondering how will maan realize her actions... the wounds are so deep... how she is going to assure him that she too loves and cares for him and wud be her true companion...
i think i wrote too much of blah blah.. but i really love this concept... its true children complete your life and are precious, but love and expressing it with care is very important for a successful relation...
and please please update the next one soon.. i cant wait for it...
