Geet gasped when found her Dupatta was gone. Thrills run over to cover her whole body and she turned facing her back to Maan, who was looking her through transparent curtain.

"Geet, I will not let you go until you give my answer' he whispered.

He raised hand to slide curtain when she clutched over his hand, stopped him. Her gasps were so loud that he could easily feel the heat which was conveying from the palpitation of her heart.

She wanted to escape but how; 'did not have another choice, than to agree on what he wanted.

"Okay Maan, I will tell but give my Dupatta first' her voice was shaky.

"sorry Geet, that I can't do, because now I don't trust you anymore' .He sat on a table beside. He was so much enjoying teasing her and whereas Geet, was cursing him under breath.

"You can't force me Maan'

"You even can't imagine Geet what I can do. So now please stop cursing me and do what I'm saying. Otherwise, I'm not going to leave this place nor would return your Dupatta back'

He lay down on table keeping arms below head and rested one leg over other folded knee. He was relaxed as no one was to come disturbing them.

"Geet, I'm waiting''

"Babaji, why always me!!'' She looked up complaining. She could not come out before him without her Dupatta and he was increasing her problem by asking his answer. Nothing was in her favor she felt like cry.

Five minutes passed. She peeped out little and found, Maan was calmly resting on table keeping Dupatta over his chest.

"Babaji, see!! How enjoying on my condition. He never cares about me''

After sometime she again glimpsed out and found him with closed eyes. She gathered her guts, with silent steps came out and stopped near him. She was very careful knowing he might be faking with his sleep. She slowly slipped Dupatta out from his chest and hurriedly runs back when realized, he was already holding another corner of it in his hand.

"You can't escape Geet '' Maan jumped down and started to pull her toward him, enfolding Dupatta in his hand. Geet had to act in reflex. Her heart was beating so fast. It was dominating over her mind. It was so tough to handle more. His slow move was steadily making her senses loose completely but before it could happen, she runs snatching Dupatta with such force it ripped from middle making loud screech sound.

She looked it with widen eyes and same was Maan who was equally shocked and slowly his shock started turning into fear, when saw her angry red face with tearful eyes. Anytime soon she could have cried out loud and this would have been tough time to manage her, he knew.

He hastened to her scared but her one big glare was enough to stop his legs. Her face was burning like volcano and Maan throat was drying looking at her.

"Geet I'm sor''

"Chup, bilkul chup, Don't talk to me, I hate you Maan!!!'' She run inside cabin and shut door with loud thud on his face.

Maan was feeling guilt. He knocked door making her talk but Geet was very angry. She was looking her torn Dupatta and wanted to shout on him but somehow controlling her anger.

Geet listen me at least!!!''

But Geet was mute, she was giving him silent treatment which was making Maan more drown in guilt. "Geet I'm sorry, please come out!''

"Nahi!!!''

"Geet please..'

"Nahi!!!''

"Maan beta!!!''

And suddenly he heard Dadi calling him, he turned back at once and saw her standing behind, giving weird expressions. His fear increased more thinking, "Did she see everything?'' He started to chant Geet's Babaji name in fear.

"Maan what are you doing here?'' She looked around. "and where is Geet?''

Maan exhaled relief breathe, She had not seen anything. His gone heartbeat returned back.

"Boliye Maan where is Geet?''

Maan was not getting what to say, it would have been damn embarrassing telling everything to her. He gained his attitude.

"Dadima, let's talk in cabin''

He walked ahead, making Dadi follow her totally confused with his behavior. But as she knew he was MSK, nothing could be odd if he was behaving weird. She reached in his cabin and repeated her question but what could he have replied!! He remained silent.

Now SD was becoming annoyed with his silence. "Maan will you tell me what is happening her''

Maan turned to her. "Dadima, nothing happening here. Why you are worrying so much''

"If there is no reason to be worried then why don't you tell me where is she!! Did you have left her alone in hospital???'' She became tensed.

And then Maan eyes fell on Geet who was hearing their talk, standing out, but staring to Maan. SD back was facing her so Dadi could not see. Now Geet was enjoying his plight. Now she was waiting as what reply Maan gives to Dadi but seeing him silent, her anticipation was increasing.

"Maan where are you looking, i'm asking you something!!'' She narrowed eyes as where Maan attention was. She turned to see who it was but then Geet hid.

"Maan, now your silence making me angry. Why can't you tell me properly where did you leave Geet'' Dadi raising and tensed voice started giving Geet anxiety and Maan silence was bothering her. Whatever it was but she was not liking his silence and being upset. She wanted him see always in his teasing mood which used to satisfy her life.

"Maan beta'' SD shook him but his eyes was staring Geet only, as if he was pleading for her forgiveness.

"Dadima!!''

Finally troubled with her own heart Geet stepped in, holding a random file in hand. Dadi turned back in delight, seeing her there and she heeded to her.

"Geet!! Where were you Beta, I had been looking for you''

"I'm sorry Dadima, actually I had gone to store room''

"But why Maan did not tell me anything''

"Dadi he did not know actually. I had left without telling him anything'' She looked him and spoke.

"Okay Beta'.. but next time dont go anywhere without informing anyone'

Geet nodded.

SD looked Maan, "Maan beta, can you leave for sometime. I want to talk Geet in alone"

Both Maaneet got alerted. But had no choice, Maan left leaving them alone. Geet was nervous as what SD wanted to talk her.

"Geet, come, sit here'' She herself settled on couch and called Geet. She went and sat beside. She was again n again checking her Dupatta which had been placed properly around neck, hiding the torn area.

Geet waited for a minute to get started their talk but first time, she was seeing hesitation on Dadi face.

"What happened Dadima''

Geet beta, can I ask you something today''

"Matlab?''

"Geet, whatever I'm going to say please listen me first and then you can take your decision. I won't force you for anything Beta''

Geet mind started wondering over marriage thing, and her heart started thudding rapidly.

"Geet, did you have got call from you mother today?''

Geet shocked, how did she know!! She nodded.

"Actually Beta It was me who had got her called from Adi. Actually the other day when I had asked you to come in mansion and you denied and I guessed why, because you did not want to do this without letting your parent know and that was the thing I liked in you most Beta. I also knew you would not ask them because it would be awkward staying in your boss home, right Beta!''

Geet nodded, still not getting her intention.

"And so I made her called from Adi and told that a home have been provided by office that you could come living there, with us''

Geet was surprised!! Why she did this and why she wanted her to stay with them!! And same she asked,

Dadi made helpless face. "Geet beta, I should not tell my personal matter to anyone but I think you as my grand daughter so telling you everthing''

She glimpsed Geet for knowing if her acting was doing effect on her or not, and found concern in Geet face. She happily continued,

"You know Maan na, how serious type he is''

"Kahe ka serious, every time find ways to annoy me!!'' Geet thought in mind, cursing him.

"And after Annie marriage I feel so alone in this big mansion Beta. I always wanted someone would stay there with me. Now i'm in my old age Beta dont know when God would send His message for me and did not want to departure like this, being alone in big house'' She wiped her fake tears.

"Asa mat kahiye dadima'' Geet was concerned.

SD smiled, "And thus I decided to give outhouse on rent that someone could stay there with me. but I could not trust on Maan. Knowing his nature I knew he would not let any stranger come there and before he would select any boring type person like he himself is, I wanted you to come there''

"But why me''

"Because in first meeting I liked you Beta. I know you belong from good family, and I know also, you would not let me feel alone ever''

"But Dadi..''

"Please Beta, please don't refuse my request''

"No Dadi, please you're my elder. you should order me not request''

"so are you coming?'' SD looked her curiously. Geet nodded.

"Jiti rahiye Beta I'm very happy today'

Geet smiled in reply.

"Achha Beta I'm leaving now and will send car for you in evening''

"Now I think soon I would have to call Panditji, for selecting suitable marriage date'' She left doing disco in heart.

Geet was yet waiting for Maan to show himself so she could exhibit her anger, but he was not coming in. It had been long enough , she kept waiting for him and now she started worrying for him. She had seen sadness on his face. She came out of cabin to look for him but surprised to see, office was vacant! He was not in there!

"Where is he'' She was wandering when driver appeared and said, Maan has sent car for her wherever she wanted to go''

"He left me???''

She was shocked...
