The words of song perfectly followed condition of Geet heart. Light rain of night was perfectly matching with her slow steps toward home and her flying heart in this moisten ambiance, just everything was so chilling, so exciting which she never had felt in life, ever before. Smile was not leaving her lips and mind, Maan's thoughts. She was just completely occupied with his imaginations.

She did not know when did she finish the path of home and reached and for her utter surprise, Asha was there beforehand! But in her lost mind Geet did not ask as how she came back so earlier when had to go for party.

Asha was fuming in anger. She had been following Geet since she had left office and then saw, how Maan dragged her in car with him but afterward, she lost trail of them in heavy traffic. Asha doubted that something was happening between them and when she saw Geet was so happy, her doubt confirmed and jealousy started ruling over her wicked mind.

"Geet, why are you late?'' Controlling her anger Asha asked but Geet, .. she was just away from any worldly things, she was in her dreamland, did not guess distraction of Ash voice. She was completely taken by her own thoughts that could not tell Asha everything, she just said, had been late because of traffic and walked in her room.

Asha anger increased. It was she who had called Geet Delhi, got her appointed in KC and now, Geet was getting the attention of the man, for whom every girl was mad. It was so insulting for her.

"But I will not let it become true Geet, your dream I will never let it be true. Same as earlier, this time also I will ruin you and your dreams, will never let you win from me, never!!!!!! ''

She started to make plan how to keep Geet away from Maan.

Morning,

Ashe and Geet left for office. Till the time Ash had been controlled her anger and Geet, did not guess her foul mood. They reached office and as usual, in lift Maan was beforehand presented inside. It had been his routine now, to wait for Geet and when saw her coming, just that same moment he used to step in.

"Good Morning sir''

Both girls wished him and Maan nodded. He was presenting himself very formal as did not want to gain any unwanted attention from his office staffs, especially for Geet. They were friends but outside of office. It was their little secret till Geet accept his love; he did not want to bring it out so soon.

But it did not mean he was not at all aware of what his presence was doing to her. He could see her slight smile and clutching of corner of Dupatta in reflex, which made him smirk. He knew he had started affecting her.

Lift stopped and Maan went out first, then Geet, whose eyes were following him. It did not go unnoticed by Asha.

Geet reached in her cabin, kept bag on table when saw, an envelope was kept there. She picked it up and opened and saw there was money in it. She surprised to have it, thought to ask Adi.

Adi was working in his cabin when Geet knocked and entered and asked.

"Geet, it's your salary''

"But sir I have not completed my one month yet, how can I get salary?''

Adi said that Maan knew you were in need of money so he decided to give it in advance. Geet felt overwhelmed with this decision, she thanked Adi.

"No Geet not me. You should say thank to Maan sir only. He is the one who thought for this decision''

She smiled.

"Where is he sir?''

Adi pointed toward Maan cabin. Geet thanked again and walked to Maan. She knocked and walked in but saw, he was busy in discussion with someone.

"Mai baad me aati hu sir'' Saying she turned to leave when Maan stopped her. He said guy to continue this discussion after little break and called Geet.

"Tell Geet, what happened'' Though he had already guessed the reason of her arrival but wanted to hear from her mouth. He stood up and went to shelf finding file.

"Wo.. thank you sir''

Maan turned to her. "And what for?''

"For advance salary''

"Geet, you work here and you did get your salary, what's reason here to thank me, hm!!'' Maan pinned his eyes on her, smirking.

"Ya I know but .. ''

"Okay! So you want to thank me right' Geet nodded.

"But Geet, I don't accept thanks without getting anything in return!!''

She narrowed eyes in confusions. "means?'

Maan stepped to her in slow motion. Geet surprised to see him nearing, she moved back automatically.

"I mean Geet''' He whispered and continued his walk to her till her back touch the door and she had to stop right there. She was gaping to Maan who was continually heading to her. He stopped near Geet and closed gaps between them that she could feel his breath on her face. Her face started to change its color in blushing red and her heart started to thudding up and down fast, like it would come out anytime if did not stop his intense gaze targeting her.

"Sir aap'' she opened mouth to speak but Maan closed it keeping palm on it. She couldn't blink just stared him in anticipation.

"Geet, we are friends right!''

She nodded.

"So I can ask anything from you, right''

She nodded, having goose bumps inside.

Maan comes close, just a hair bit away from her that took her breath away. "Geet, I .. '' His whisper almost made her numb.

"Geet I want.. ''

Maan stopped for moment, just to make her more carve for his next move..

"I want Treat from you!!!!''

Saying he moved back, left her who was still in shock, feeling him so close. Maan smirked. He poked her shoulder, making her jump in sudden and she looked him not knowing what he just said!

"What happened Geet?''

"Um.. no, nothing sir. What did you say, I didn't hear?'

"Where did you lose Geet? I said I want treat from you!!'' Maan turned to his table,

"Now few days more Geet, in few days I will make you love me back sweetheart!!'' He thought and smiled.

"So are you ready to give me what I want Geet?''

Geet just wanted to leave this cabin, she nodded and hurried out controlling her increasing heartbeats.

She was heavily breathing. somehow controlled her state she resumed her work.
