After sometime riddhima bring geet downstairs, rano kissed her forehead n said her too take blessing from all, she took blessing from all, when priya made her wear bangle, geet looked at rano n she nodded her head, priya kissed her forehead n said "welcome in family beta".
Geet smiled n touched feet, after that rano asked everyone for lunch, all happily accepted. Riddhima with rano went to kitchen while dadi was chatting wid baa... n kashish, priya n veer were chatting wid geet, while maanu to was helping her mom n bhabh.
Whereas sujal, maan n armaan was chatting some officials woks, but maan was drooling his would be chori chori, n smiling on that time sujal cell ringed n he excused to take call when armaan said "soo mr. MSK at last u too gonna to get married" maan smiled at him when armaan said "maan, geet hum sab ki princess h, badi toh ho gae h par dil se aaj v bachi h chotti chooti batao ko dil se laga leti h, u know she is really emotional, bas nadan h meri behan maan, kabhi anjaane me koi galti kar jae toh maaf kar dena use, ya phir pyar se samjha dena samjah jaegi who" maan smiled n take armaan hand in his hand n said " don't worry I will keep ur princess happy always". Both smiled at eachother while maan thanked him when maan gave him glare n both smiled n hugged eachother.
On that time riddhima came n called everyone for dinner, all gents with dadi n baa settled on dining table when rano said priya n kashish to join them, when they said they will eat together. All accepted happily, ladies were serving all, where as maan was stealing glances over geet, how gracefully she was dng all work. All were chatting when baa said "savitri ji, ab jab bacho ne ek dusro ko pasand kar hi lia h toh kun a jaldi se hi inki engagement or shaddi ki date fix kar le" dadi maa smiled n said "aapne toh meri muh ki baat chin li lakshmi ji(baa)" where as geet was was looking here there to control her blush when veer said "bhabhi aapne kya banaya h humare lie aaj" all smiled at him when maanyata said "dii ne aaj ka sweet dish banaya h" when ram said excitedly "wow sweet dish, humari nayi bahu ke hath ka sabse pahle dish hum sweet khayege wow" all got excited when rano said "beta jaa sabko sevre kar de" geet looked at rano nervously n murmured "agar koi garbar ho gae toh mumma" rano smiled at her daughter n said in low voice "kuch nahi hoga tu jaa serve kar all are waiting" geet look pleading to her bhabhi, ridzz to signal her to go, she made face n pick the bowl to serve...n her all this action was noticed by maan, who smiled at her innocence.
Geet with slow steps start serving all, at last she came near maan, her hand is shivering to serve him as all family were looking at them only, priya noticed this n tried to distract all, as she can she geet was too nervous. All once again got involved in chat when geet silently serve him, n gave him small smile. All praised her gazar ka halwa, she smiled at all n accepted praise. But she silently steal glances over maan face to know is he liked her food, at that time maan caught her n both had small eye lock. Their eye lock broke by maanu words "jiju do u liked halwa" maan nodded his head with small smile. Geet eyes twinkled with this. After that all ladies had their dinner n they too praised her halwa. After dinner baa called their pandit ji for fixing the date of engagement n shaddi.
All were sitted there when geet felt lil. uncomfortable due to saree. But didn't showed that, whereas maan wants to talk with geet more but not getting wht to do n how to ask all. Sujal saw his restless n asked in low voice "kya hua tujhe asi sakal ku bana raha h, tujhe toh khush hona cahie teri shaddi ki date fix ho rahi h" maan gave him fake smile n said "shaddi ki date to fix ho rahi h but jise shaddi ho rahi h usse dhang se baat v nahi hui h" sujal looked at him n asked rasing his eyebrow "wht" maan murmured "baat karni h mujhe use" sujal looked at all n said "excuse me, who mujhe or maan ko kuch baat karni h hum aate h avi" n dragged maan with him while kashish looked him suspiciously.
He dragged maan to corner n asked "wht" maan made faces n said "kya bhai baat karni h mujhe geet se" when sujal said "abhi toh baat ki thi na tum dono ne" maan made cute face n said "kaha bhai she was too silent bas jo pucha uska jawab de rahi thi" sujal smiled at his lil. Bro n said "maan who aachanak se kaese bolne lagegi time toh de use, n bhai shabh ab nahi mil sakte aap use phir kavi" maan pouted n said "plzz bhai just once before engagement plzzz" sujal looked at maan pleading face n said "okh will think" on which maan said "think kya bhai aap mere lie itna nahi kar sakte kya plzzz pllzzz" on which sujal smiled n said "okh" maan smiled n hugged sujal n they were returning when they find armaan standing there. Both loked at him, when maan spoke "who armaan" but cuted by armaan "I will take permission from mom dad to send her to meet u" maan looked at his best buddy n hugged him n said "thanks yar" on which armaan said "maan mai janta hu geet jaldi kisi se ghulti milti nahi h she takes time, n I know she too wanna to know u more, so I will send her with u, bas bata dena when u wanna to meet her" maan nodded n all moved inside hall when they heard all family were happy n excited.
All came n sat when sujal asked kashish "wht" on which she spoke "after 4 days their engagement is fixed n 10th of next month shaddi" maan smiled where as geet was blushing as maanu was saying something to her. He wanted to kiss her cute chubby cheeks but controlled his thoughts, now all were leaving soo having chat about the preparations when maanu came running n hold geet's hand n dragged her geet, looked at back all were busy chatting but still she didn't liked gng away like this n at last she asked "maanu y u r dragging me upstairs, all are there downstairs" maanu looked at her cute didz n said "didz plzz follow me" geet rolled her eyes n said "oye tu badi h ya mai, so meri baath sun" maanu laughed n said "bade hone se hi sab nahi hota h meri buddhu didz" till then they were at teres n geet was looking maanu lyk she is alien, before geet could ask maanu start leaving when geet called her but she didn't heard or didn't want to hear, here geet was confused with her behaviour n mummer "shaddi meri ho rahi h or pagal yeh ho gae h" when she heard her name called so softly she turned n found smiling maan. She lower her eyes but looking at him from corner of eyes, when maan asked "can we meet tomorrow geet" she looked panic when maan continued "I had already asked armaan, but just wanna to ask u 1st do u want to meet me once before our engagement as after engagement m leaving for London for a project so I wont be able to meet u plzzz, if u r comfortable" after finishing maan looked t her with soo much expectation, geet cant deny him as 1st time he asked her anything moreover she too wanna to meet him, know lil. More. So she just nodded her head.
Maan was super happy, he was about to hug her but thought she might be uncomfortable so, just said "thanked for accepting" geet to smiled to see him smiling, n her smile was captured by maan in his cell n he went downstairs by murmuring "bye n see u tomm." She was shocked by his act, but smiled at last n came downstairs; as all were leaving she took blessing from all. All blessed her heartily whereas kashish n veer teased her, after that all left. Maan was smiling becoz he got what he always desired, there are soo many things running in his mind for his official date with her would be.
Geet's family were family to get a gem like maan, as they always have heard about his achievements n all from armaan. They all came inside n blessed geet, geet was too emotional to say anything she hugged baa n started crying like baby on which baa said "beta aesa nahi rote, tujhe toh khush hona cahie u r getting a gud family, gud husband" on which geet said "humko nahi jana hai aap logo ko chod ke kahi" on which baa smiled n wiped her tears n said "aww mera baccha, but beta ladki ka asli ghar toh uska sasural hi hota h dekho mai v apne parents ka ghar chod ke aae thi, phir teri maa, bhabhi or ab tu, yeh toh niyati h beta" geet just heard silently n nodded her head when maanu said "wase didz jiju is too hot, I must say" on which rano hit on her head n said "jiju hai tere" but geet was blushing to hear this. After that all chatted for while then had dinner together chatting about arrangements of engagements, n then all retired to their rooms.
Geet was sitting in her swing n looking at sky n thinking about maan, then complained to her babaji "meri pic toh le gae, mere pass toh unki ek v pic nahi, jhalli hu mai ekdam kya jarurat thi pic ghumane ki, ab kya karu" she was talking looking upward when maan photo came in her vision n she looked at pic n tried to take it when saw her bhabhi smriking at her, she pouted n said "bhabhi aap v sataoge" on which riddhima smiled n settled beside her , whereas geet was still staring at pic. Riddz smiled n passed her pic n said "yeh lo dekho lo jitna mann kare apne maan ko" on which geet smiled as 1st time she heard "her maan" she looked at ground when riddz said "hayee tu kitni pyari lagti h blush karte hue" she just hugged riddz n hide her face in riddz when riddz smiled n hugged her back n said "kal milne jaegi usse" geet just nodded her head in riddz embrace. Riddz smiled n said "kuch jana cahti h maan ke bade me" geet looked at riddz with expectation then thought for sometime n said " nahi bhabhi, I want to know him by him only, mai unki har baat, unki har chize, unke moods sab khud samajhna cahti hu bhabhi, I really want to experience this arrange marriage" riddz smiled n said "theek h geetu, tu use...khud samjhana cahti h usse aachi baat koi nahi h bas ek baat batana cahti hu thoda short tempered hai maan" geet smiled n then they both chatted for sometime, at last geet looked at clock n said "bhabhi aap jao sone bhai must be waiting" riddz smiled n said "okkh m gng, n u too sleep, or haan pamper urself tomm. To meet ur would be on ur 1st date" on which geet shied n nodded.
Night was too silent but still filled with soo much expectation for new morning n new life, both dozed of thinking about others.
Next day maan was all busy in arrangements he wanted everything special, sujal was happy to see his lil. Bro haapy where as kashish n veer were teasing him, n all family were involved in arrangements n shopping. Whereas armaan asked permission for geet gng with maan, 1st mohinder thought for some time when armaan said "papa, both need time to understand eachother, n u know ur pari how shy she is, she needs time to open with someone, or wase v dad maan bas aaj hi mil paeyega geetu se phir who London chala jaega n they wont be able to meet, baat v dhang se nahi kar paege ek dusre se" when super cool baa came n said "mohinder jane de gudiya ko, mujhe bharosha h apni gudiya or maan pe v" armaan smiled when mohinder too nodded his head n then said "but say him to drop her on time" armaan nodded his head n said riddz to say geet, while he informed maan, on which jumped in excitement.
It ws evening when geet was nervous as maan said he will come n pick her on 7pm, she was excited but still nervous n standing near her wardrobe n choosing dress to wear for this day. Maanu n riddz smiled seeing her pouted face. They helped her in dressing n wearing light makeup n some light jewelleries which include a bracelet, pendent n earings. She was looking angel in her dress, her cheeks were already red due to shyness. Rano came n put black tikka behind her ear n said "meri pari aaj ekdam pari lag rahi h" on which geet bend her head with shyness when rano lifted her chin from her index finger n said "beta jo v dil me hai, aaj puch lena, jaane ki koshish karna beta use, yeh rishta koi ek ya do din ka nahi 7 janam ka hai beta" geet nodded her face n hugged her mother, rano can understand her daughter turmoil she just kissed her forehead n said "don't be nervous baccha, bas soch tu kisi frnd ke sath jaa rahi h" geet nodded when they heard maanu shouting for geet as maan came.
Geet blushed n rano n riddz bring her downstairs, where maan was sitting with mohinder, baa n armaan. When geet came down he was looking at her without blinking his lashes, she was looking pure epitome of beauty in white suit, mohinder voice broke his thought "aaja bacha" geet came while keeping her lashesh down n maan took blessing from rano, n talked for sometime with riddz. Then armaan said "I think u both should go now, n maan drop her before 11" maan nodded n moved toward entrance, while geet following him with riddz. Riddz were saying her not to be nervous n all. Maan opened side door for geet, n she sat comfortably while passing small n nervous smile to maan. Then maan shaked hand with armaan n thanked him, then took bleesing from elders n took driver's seat n drove outside.
