Geet with each update is emerging to be more stronger for me... I am going to side her big time for now.
She has invested much more of herself completely in to her bonding with Arjun, she's almost made him her future Hubby. The reverence she feels for him speaks so much of her trust & depth of love she has for him. If she's broken now then I don't know how she will bring together bits of her shattered heart. I mean how many times can she go ahead with betrayals in her life. There's a break point, point of no return from. And now Geet is in that stage very close to the edge of break point, though she's oblivious at present but then she's standing at that precarious edge. Her emotional connect with her Father is so touching & the pride she feels to be known as his daughter is so much a part of her being... and if this scholarship is withdrawn from her, she will ,loose out on some part of her being, she won't be the person she is. I know both Dia & Geet are at equal deserving position of the scholarship but then it should be just. Let them achieve it by their own worth. Why is one given (read Dia) more benefit, Arjun shouldn't be going out of his way to help her... and if its something he did for revenge then he will regret it bad. I am in no way saying that he shouldn't guide or help his student but then not even use other students weakness to let other excel. There's more to it than just helping Dia.
Dia here is a big '?' for me. She's someone a different shade of grey for me. She makes an interesting character for me. Her stand for things makes me queasy.
Anant & janki oh my... it seems to very cruel but then that's how many function. Manipulating others, thinking ten steps ahead, loving self more are the only means some can use to defend their own ego. These characters are raw in the intensity of manipulation they can make evil sound very much intense & dark.
Geet and Maan last scene romance was that made me grin like a foolish dreamy girl. I haven't ever mentioned but then your use of English literature in the updates makes me so much in trance and feel it all that I don't have words to put words of appreciating it. I am not a literature person yet I could relate to the feelings emitting from them. Great gelling & inclusion as one with the incorporated scenes.
What made me all dreamy were... they slept in each others arms the whole night, they wanted to have future of their s as this with being each morning in the others arms. Her ringtone in the lecture, their romance hidden and not so hidden from others...😳
