Maan did managed to crack a nyc job with decent salary ..geet finally sighed in relief n prayer for the betterment ..but on the other hand mohinder handa was fuming ..n brij trying to cool him down ..
M : I don't wanna hear anything jut how the hell did he got this job ...tht to in ur friend's company ...how brij ...?
B : relax chacha ji relax ..aap meri baat thande dimag se sunia ...plss
Maan ko yeh job mene dilwayi hai ..him maan ko yeh challenge jeetne deinge ..
M : r u out of ur mind brij ...
B : chacha ji ...mien buhat aage ki soch kar yeh bol raha hoon .. aaj agar yeh maan yeh challenge haar Bhi gaya tou aap ko kya laga hai geet kisi aur se shaddi karlegi kaBhi nhi but agar aap mere plan ke hisaab se cHale tou yeh wada hai mera ...6 months ...sirf 6 months mien geet khud USS larke se nafrat karegi ..agar aap mujh par bharosa Karen tou ..

B (with a cunning smile) : sahi waqt aane dejeye chacha ji Sab smajh aajayega ...jeetne dejeye iss khurana ko yeh bazi ..aise Bhi 10000 Kama ke usko sirf mauqa milega apna career set kar ne ka .. abb waqt kab badal Jaye kuch pata tou nai hota ..
M : brij yeh koi khel nai hai ..meri beti ki zindagi hai ..Jo Bhi Karo yeh baat bhoolna mat ...

With a lot of difficulty n hard work maan was working thr .. leaving in armaan's house ...thr were many friends who came to meet him but non supported him other than armaan Adi n ridz .. only making him realize how geet was right abt them all ..but he had her love n support n tht was all he required to deal all the purposeful difficulty thrown at him thr ..reason he didn't know but with armaan n geet's support he did well n was always motivated ..
It was finally the last day of the month n maan was to get his salary .. he was soo happy ..his heart swelled with soo much of happiness words will be very less to describe that feeling .. the moment he held that amount all he wanted was to hug his dad n scream on top of his voice ...he called KM from a PCO ..dadi maa picked it up n he told her about his 1st official salary ...
Dadi maa : jeete raho bete ..khoob khush raho .. chalo ab jaldi se humari bahu ko yeh khush khabri do aur phir ghar ajao .. hum yash ko call karte hain ..
this was the 1st time he worked for the whole month n now had that amount in his hand ...the feeling was exceptionally good .. he wanted to just run n hug his dad .. true the child in an individual no matter in what stage of life he is seeks for his parents warmth either its sorrow or happiness ..

At handa house ...
Mohinder handa was out of city anyway he knew whts gonna happen but here geet also went to have a video chat with her father on the exact time when maan called her that he has left from office .. n while she was talking with her dad sitting in the hall maan entered through the big doors of haveli ... she smiled broadly looking the the proud contended look on maan's face .. he was indeed on top of this world .. n mohinder handa didn't missed that glow of her face he knew her daughter connected video chat to help maan fulfill his challenge in time ..n smiled at the attempt ... maan presented the money in front of lappy's camera while Brij snatched it only to get a deadly glare from Maan ..n started counting it ..
Mohinder : so now u have ur time to set ur career .. best of luck ..
Maan : thank u uncle but the things is I have my luck right beside me ..
Geet blushed dipping her head down while maan smiled looking sideways at the new side of his misti ...geet looked at brij once he finished counting geet stepped ahead taking the money from him not be4 giving him a glare n handed it to maan smiling whole heartedly ..
Geet : abb jaldi se uncle ko sorry bhi bol dena aur yeh salary bhi dena .. I am sure wohh buhat khush hunge ..
Maan : u know what .. its all coz of ur trust I could do all this ..
Geet : na ..its coz of the trust u had on my trust it all happened ..(maan stood thr with a smile looking at her ...he probably never saw her so happy in last whole year ..while geet turned him around n pushed him forward saying..) Abhi mujhe baad mien dekhna now GO ...
Geet stood thr smiling seeing maan retreating figure n he turned back once be4 leaving smiling at her which she returned standing at the door step of her house ..got confused when maan came back ..n placed a soft gentle peck on her forehead cupping her cheeks in his palms startling her ..making her tremble with his touch thr bodies felt that shiver running down thr spine with this simple touch .. maan left seeing a furiously blushing geet turned all red smiling ..immune to the fuming glares brij n tai ji were giving them ... also the smile n admiration brij's wife n her sister raji were having on thr faces ...
while geet was now in the air jumping around the whole house blushing smiling ..preparing for tomorrow's khara Prasad according to her mannat she was going to distribute among the people at gurdwara ..

Yash was waiting for his son impatiently pacing to n fro in front of the main door when maan entered at the boundary of the main hall's door n stood smiling at his dad ... he wasn't wrong the moment he will fulfill his challenge his dad will be the happiest person on earth he thought as he can see the proud look on his father's face which he never got to see ever in his life .. Yash opened his arms wide welcoming his son with a teary smile ..
N both father-son duo hugged each other n parted with a teasing comment of dadi maa ..
Dadi : loo gi mil gaye baap bete aur humien bhool gaye ..
Maan (hugged her side ways) : arre mien apni sexiest GF ko thorai bhool sakta hoon ..
Dadi slapped his arms lightly : badmaash ..
Yash : so now challenge fulfilled ..abb tou kahin nahi jaa rahe na .. screw that job of urs ..n join KC ..i ve made ur own cabin n its waiting for u ..
aur fir humien Handa House bhi tou jana hai ... Waise janab aapne abhi tak mujhe meri Bahu se nahi milwaya ..
Maan face fell down listening to his words it was just the first step towards his goal ..as with this first challenge Mohinder Handa was to agree to wait for his project to get its investors n he to start his own work.. first step towards his dream of making his own identity ..
things were too different now than from 3 months back when maan confessed his feelings to geet .. working in the commercial world actually made him realize what position n status his dad possess in this world now he knew what exactly geet meant by proving himself worth to be called as Yash Khurana's son ..
now he wanted to do this for his own self now .. this proud look he just saw on his dad's face he wanted to double it .. he wanted to give every single comfort of life to his geet .. who is not less than any princess n should be treated like that only ...
but the dreams n hopes in Yash's eyes now scared him to the core .. he don't want to be known with KC's reference but wants KC to be known by his name .. n for this he need to set his career first .. KC will be a far more easy option with that comfort zone his dad provided him through his life but now after facing this world he want to know n experience that struggle which his dad has faced .. he want to be a self made man .. just as his father is .. they way now KC is said to be Yash Khurana's company n not Yash Khurana to be the MD/co-chairman of KC ..
Listening to his plan of not joining KC rather he will try to start his own project by other means Yash was truly disappointed he didn't said anything stood thr looking away n maan understood he didn't want him to do it but maan wanted to earn that position which his dad was gifting him just coz he is his son ..
it was his self respect now which was making him stand firm on his decision .. walking away with that salary in his hand he stepped out of KM leaving a teary dadi maa standing still with 101 rupee in her hand from maan's salary n Yash with a proud smirk yet a contended warmth ..
Yash : so that girl did manage to make him take his decisions on his own ..SELF RESPECT... glad to know my son has a great taste ..
Dadi (wiped her tears n placed a hands on yash's shoulder) : baap pe gaya hai ..
Yash : tyaari kijeye maa .. guess its ur bahu coming back as my bahu ..
Dadi (smiled ear to ear) : hmm meri bahu ne tumhain sudhara tha aur tumhari bahu tumhare bete ko sudhar rahi hai .. par ek farq hai Priya ne yeh sab shaddi ke baad kiya tha aur Geet yeh sab shaddi se pehle hi kar rahi hai .. seriously this girl have something in her ...or else making Maan fall for her is not that easy ..
Yash : hmm .. I just hope those Handas don't ruin our children's happiness with thr cunning plans ..
Dadi maa : pyaar mien buhat taqat hoti hai yash ..they can over come it all ..n I don't think Mohinder Handa will over look his daughter's happiness for just business rivalities ..
Yash : I hope u are right ...but as far as I know him ... he is an impulsive person ..n brij ..he is cunning to the core he will never leave a chance to influence Mohinder's mind against maan ..
Maa I just don't want to see my son suffering from a heart break ..
Dadi : uhh ...Mr. Yash Khurana ..i think u r highly under estimating my grand child ...anyways him jata rage hain humien apne poote ki shaddi ki tyaari Karna hai ..
Yash smiled so as dadi praying for his happiness they turned to go in ...

Its been 4 hours n maan was no where ..Armaan n geet were searching for him the moment dadi maa called armaan to talk with maan since his mbl was unreachable .. but Armaan got shocked as maan wasnt at home ...he was living with him since last month n now he is not even reached here since evening ..NVR has this happened calling geet armaan found he wasn't with her .. geet was hell worried maniacally searching for him n the streets of delhi every whr he could be .. finally reached back to Armaan's house after 4hours of search .. n saw maan standing at the door just opening it.. running towards him she hugged him like her life depended upon this moment ..
last 4 hours were the worst in her whole life .. the mere thought of something happening to him was soo much dreadful to her she nearly lost her breath the moment she saw him .. tears were running down her hazels continuously .. while maan was startled seeing her like that .. n shocked more than that it was the first time ever she has initiated any physical contact ... but he wasn't happy her tears were the reason for his worry ...caressing her back soothingly he stood thr hugging her while she kept on crying ..
Geet (hit his back while crying) : kahan chale gaye thay ...aisa koi karta hai kya ... pata kitna darr gayi thi mien .. ek pal ko laga jaise sab khatam hujayega .. (coming out the hugged hit hiss chest with her tiny fist).. how could u .. how could u .. aise koi ghayab hota hai ..
Maan (held her fist said with a smile) : mien theek hoon .. kahin nahi gaya tha ... yahin hoon ..tumhare paas (wiping her tears).. plss shant hujao ..
Armaan (came from back that's when geet realized thr position blushing with embarrassment she straightened herself making maan smile teasingly) : par tu gaya kahan tha ..pata hai 4 hours se pagaloon jaise hum dono tujhe dhundh rahe thay ..time dekh bhai
Maan : wohh mien bas ek apartment dekhne gaya tha ..aaj news paper mien Paying guest ka add tha tou ...//
Armaan (interrupted) : par kyun hum yahan aram se tou reh rahe thay ..
Maan : nahi yrr I'll be shifting waise hi last month tujhe buhat pareshaan kar liya .. job hai aur salary bhi .. ill be living at that apartment ..
Armaan : tu yahi dosti thi apni ..bol
Theek haii jaa tu aur shakal mat dekhana apni ..( looked away irritatedly) ..
Maan n geet smiled at his angry red face ..maan went ahead n placed his hand on his shoulder ..
Maan : shakal tou yahi bardaasht karni paregi lifetime tujhe .. but plss armaan samajh na yrr ... mujhe yeh safar akele chalna hai ..kisi ke saath nahi ... plss yrr
Armaan looked away n that's when geet spoke breaking the silence ..
Geet : acha maan pehle hum dono ko apna new apartment tou dekhao .. hai na armaan ..pata chala yeh janab phir ghayab hugaye aur hum phir poore delhi mien inko dhundh rahe hain ..
Armaan : nahi mujhe nahi jana ..
Geet : maan ..(eyed him to say to armaan)
Maan (reluctant) : umm ..abb geet wohh nahi araha tou ..hum kal subha chalet hain na .. teeno saath ...
aur dekho raat bhi hone wali hai chalo mien tumhain ghar drop karta hoon ..
Geet : nahi hum aapke apartment jaa rahe hain ...(maan tried to interrupt but geet stopped him) n that's final ..(taking armaan s hand she dragged him out of the building shouting for maan) ..
N called her home ..
Geet : (bebe) ..mere liye dinner par wait mat karna ..ill be late ...(after a pause)... don't worry mien ajaongi time par .. trust me .. acha bye ..
Followed by a reluctant maan n armaan geet reached the apartment which was way too untidy ..he didn't wanted her here before he could clean it but ziddi her ...
