Sometimes we don't see the obvious, even though everyone would be able to. Her indecisiveness or confusion is based on the fact that she never anticipated the turn of the events.

Everyone wouldn't be lucky enough to have everything they desired in their life. Circumstances, people-both others and ourselves would be responsible to let go sometimes and that is what they did.

Their parents don't know that they didn't meet. As mentioned in one of the earlier chapters, during the phone conversation of Veer and Geet, Veer says that he told Geet's father that they met and had a great time. So there is no reason for both the families not to go ahead with the ceremonies. Hope that cleared your doubts. 😊

It was too good. The emotional turmoil well brought out... her admiration turned to acceptance of love & later a pain within her realizing it isn't in her to get that love.

The car ride was pleasant and brought these two to talk some more other than in professional means.

I always like it when its shown that a 'smile' and happiness matters the most, comes to be the reason of joy & contentment even if it causes some effort or embarrassment to the other. Loved it how she yearned for his smile & how everything felt good seeing that smiling face.

She unconsciously associated Maan as 'Veer' (Somewhere I too want that so much to happen...) The whole Veer -Zara convo, pretending to be two made up individuals like their names yet sharing something very close to them & a part of their lives. They shared their dreams which they couldn't fulfill yet sharing it with each other brought them contentment.

Maan found her as a mystery he would like to decode.. 😳 I guess this whole ride was to break her inhibitions and make her relaise her feelings... because somewhere I'm still hoping that Maan=Veer and this all is a setup by her Dad and Maan. As there can't be so many coincidences. 😉

The song and its meaning here where she realises her love & the loss of it was beautiful.. 👏

Realizations come with a price. Don't they? The feelings you suppress, the things you wish to look over, they come knocking you out of balance, that you feel so... confused. Realizations frighten us. And that is what I think is Geet's case.

True. No jewels, no gifts, no success could make you as content as knowing that you are the reason for someone's happiness. The reason for someone's smile.
