An Amazing Update

PART 5

In the morning, when the first rays of sun hit her face Geet got up & remembered about last night and remembered their present situation. She got up and dressed quickly. She thought about how Maan will react when he got up and remember. What if he regrets their togetherness? But then she remembered that Maan don't remember anything the last time he got drunk. That was a long time ago when they were not even married.

Flashback:

Maan & Geet were in a party. Geet was Maan's secretary at that time. Maan has fallen for Geet but kept denying it thinking about how he got hurt the last time he fall in love with Sameera. He doesn't want to undergo through the same pain again. So he kept hiding or lying to himself about how he feels about Geet. Geet was also in love with him but she couldn't confess to him for some reason.

Maan met Sameera for the first time after their divorce in that party. He was drowned back to his memory lane. He remembered clearly about her betrayal and how she never loved him & was with him only for money. How she left a 6 month Krish for her modeling career and never looked back. It was almost a year now but he could forget a single thing about her betrayal. He gave her everything his heart, his soul, his life and she only gave him pain.

He got angry seeing her enjoying her life with her new BF where he was still living in the past and started drinking when Geet stopped him and took him to her flat where Maan told her about Sameera. He also confessed to her about how he felt about her and how he is afraid to take a step towards her. Then he kissed her passionately. Geet was also happy thinking that her love was reciprocated and kissed him back with equal passion. Then Maan passed out and Geet laid him on her bed and slept on the crouch.

In the morning when Maan woke up Geet told him that he was heavily drunk so she got him to her residence as Dadi would have panicked seeing him in that state. Geet was broken hearing that he don't remember anything about his proposal.

But Geet was unknown to the fact that Maan remembered everything but lied about it so they don't face any awkward situation. He doesn't wanted Geet to leave the job feeling embarrassed about what happened in the night. He can't let Geet away from him. He wanted to be with her or feel her if they can't be together. He also thought that Geet didn't tell him that she loves him so maybe he was forcing himself on her. Maybe she only kissed him in a weak moment. Otherwise she would have confessed her love for him. But Geet has her own reasons for hiding her feelings from Maan.

Until today Maan haven't told her his little secret. Back then Maan had told her that he was drunk for the first time not revealing that he started drinking after Sameera left him cause Geet hated alcoholics. Whatever is the reason Alcohol was not the solution of any problem according to her.

Flashback End:

So Geet dressed him and left from there. Here Maan woke up and was having severe headache. His head was hurting so much cause of hangover .He somehow get back to KM and asked Nakul for lemon water. After drinking lemon water he want to shower and started thinking why he got drunk in the first place as in his memory he drank for the first time which was very unusual for him as he don't drink even in parties.

Slowing he started to remember how he got jealous seeing Geet with Karan, how he got drunk and then Geet took him to the outhouse. He was getting flashes of how he kissed her and how it felt so right, how they made love to each other. How much passionate it was and how he loved every second he spent with her. Then he realized that he was not at all regretting their togetherness instead it felt so right like the best thing that has ever happened to him in a very long time. He didn't even felt wrong that he slept with Geet when he is happily married and have a son. He didn't felt like he cheated on Sam. It felt so right but he knew that it was wrong.

He was in deep thoughts about how he felt repulsiveness when he is with Sameera and how comfortable he is when he is around Geet. He was even remembering how Krish is always happy around Geet, how he never goes to Sam for anything. How much Geet love Krish while Sam doesn't even care about where is Krish and how Geet always panicked not finding Krish near her. The more he though, the more he compared Geet and Sam and more he felt for Geet. Ofcourse without his knowledge he was falling in love with Geet again. While he was lost in memories, he started getting flashes of their togetherness but he doesn't know when that happened.

He started to have severe headache so he come out from the bathroom & took the medicine that Sam kept near their bedside table which she give him whenever he had headache with his past memories. She always used to console him when he is sad not having any memories of past saying that they need him fine. She doesn't care if he gets his memories or not. They will make their new memories which he now doubt that after what happened yesterday night. But he doesn't care what Sam will think or how she will react. He was only thinking about Geet, how she will react when a sharp pain hit him. He took the medicine and went out for breakfast.
