Part 50

The hours before time from Geet escape,

Maan sat on bed with a gasp of breath with came out because, he was feeling so anomalous, feeling so diluted, so lack of intent. The distance he had been feeling from Geet increased extreme when he understood the reason. She had been waiting him and he was not there for her. It killed him somewhere.

His eyes which had incompetent now wanted to see her face otherwise, his life would lose the most important ability to feel the livingness from his body. "But how can I go!!'' was the question he was trying to get answer.

"if I leave without telling Dadi she would be hell worried for me. I can't give her more pain!! But can't also sit here leaving Geet there all alone when I know she was not alright there. Should I call Dev for help?''

He pressed Dev number in phone but before pressing the green one he stopped. "No! What if he inform Dadi or uncle!!'' he dropped the idea.

"Adi!!'' he remembered his loyal assistance and called him, said to arrange a car as soon as and threatened to tell anyone. Adi being a mere employee had to agree for his boss order and brought a car within half an hour and informed Maan back.

Thus, Maan was all ready to escape from hospital. He wrote a letter for SD and kept on bed. Keeping few needed medicines in pocket he pulled the door when found, a nurse were already stood there since before..

In the darkness of night Geet were stepping toward her destination but without knowing the way of it. This place was unknown for her. She never had visited out in night and that too alone, without anyone next to her. It was so frightful to be felt. It felt scary to walk in cold night without any ray of light around.

She was so much frightened. Her own anklet sound was giving her heart throb. Her own shoes sound was startling her when it was crushing dry leaves below. The silent fields with no people around, whole atmosphere was chilling that she couldn't keep her eyes stable, not for a second. It would be moving in random sides due to fear.

A time came when she stopped. Seemed she had heard someone's footsteps but whose!! She turned around but no one was there.

" Geet it must be your imagination. Calm down Geet and run fast. Maa had said I can find Bus stoppage after 3-4 kilometers. Himmat mat haar Geet!!'

She endured herself and resumed her walk.

"Where are you going " Nurse asked looking surprised that why Maan was looking all ready to go somewhere.

Maan did not reply and tried to walk but nurse did not leave the door. She was confused with his behavior.

" You can't go anywhere! ! Let me call doctor!!! "

Maan glared her with keeping the intensity in eyes. His eyes had that much fire that no one could see in it straight way. Nurse entire body jolted when felt his blaze anger but she had to complete her responsibilities.

"Let me go. I will come back soon!" Maan composed himself and said but she couldn't give him allow. Before Maan could take his next step she hurriedly left room and closed door from outside. She runs to call doctor.

Maan shocked. His temper went on highest. No way could he forgive anyone who would try him to stop meeting Geet. He became like insane, banged door but sound faded inside those sound proof walls. He clutched the bed rim in hand in frustration and pressed rigidly to subdue his scream. His head had bandage but mostly his heart was aching. He shut eyes tight to calm down so would think something but it was hopeless. The body pain and his mental convulsion was creating condition worst and then he hears the door opened..

Doctor came in and shocked to see the blustering face of Maan but he already had known his temper very well. He didn't let him affect with his anger and kept himself easy.

" Mr khurana calm down please. dekhiye you can't leave hospital like this "

" Doctor I'm perfectly fine and its urgent. I can't stay here any longer"

" Look Mr Maan you..."

Doctor please, just do ready my discharge paper I'm leaving right now!!!

Doctor knew it was no use of arguing so he decided to do what had been decided with Madhav. (When nurse told doctor about Maan, he called Madhav immediately and had informed everything)

Okay .. Okay Mr. Khurana I won't stop you. But at least give us 10 minutes so can prepare papers, please. And within this nurse will change your bandage also. Is it fine with you!! "

Maan agreed. He sat on bed and doctor send nurse to get papers while he started to change his bandages.

"Mr. Maan I'm sorry if I'm asking any personal but can I know the reason that why are so eager to go ''

Maan did not comment back. His mind was not there. His thoughts were homeless. It wanted to stay around Geet but where she was, he dint know but knew she was calling him. He could sense she was in need.

But he didn't realize when doctor injected sedative in his body.

Maan felt his body started calming down slowly. He felt it odd, tried to keep eyes open but eyes did not accept his order. With unwillingness he had to close them but seemed, his soul was still awake. Maan found like his soul wanted to escape from his body. He wanted to scream, rose arms to hold it, stop it but at last, his soul run away leaving his body. It dint want to do delay reaching to Geet and finally Maan felt a deep hollow inside, without his soul. His body sank down and he got lost in deep sleep..

Geet finally reached to bus stand and got a bus. She sat inside looking all around, covering face with Dupatta. All were unknown and stranger. She had taken window seat and was looking out when heard the man next to her was talking on phone. Instantly she got a thought and requested man to let her do a call.

"Bhaisahab please let me do a call to my husband!!''

Man was kind. He agreed and Geet called to Maan. It rang..

Maan unconscious mind was feeling vibration below his hand where his phone had kept. Vibrates were nudging him, trying to make him awake but sedative was not letting open his eyes.

"Maan please phone uthaaiye!!'' She was praying but like Babaji had to take her more exams now. Bus stopped and man had to get down. Geet returned his phone back. Again her hopeless journey started with desolated fortune.

After around one hour of journey bus stopped on its stoppage. Geet got down with all passengers but unlike all, she had no destination. She left alone again on deserted road of which place, she had no idea. It was isolated place. She was looking for someone whom could ask the way to Delhi but how can be found anyone in this mid night.

She decided to walk. There was no other way but it was hell risky. She took Babaji name and moved further. After going for while she found a small Dhaba of village. She excitedly runs there hoping for some help. She asked the owner for any bus. Owner was surprised to see a girl in this night, alone. Geet scared but did not lose her courage. She asked again. Owner said after two or three hours any bus can be found. Her heart sank but had no option other than to wait for it.

She was sitting under a tree waiting for bus when found some eyes on her. Her mind got alerted; she looked around and saw, some men were staring her only with strange expressions. Geet stood up and searched for any safer place. Seemed owner sensed her state and said her to sit inside, a room like place. Geet rushed instantly and hides.

"paaji.. Was she Brij's sister??' The man who was staring Geet spoke to his friend and he nodded.

"was she doing here!!'' they were shocked and decided to inform Brij…
