Geet tried to break herself free, she was a good fighter, with her hands held back in Vikrant's grip she did not feel helpless, her mind raced to find a solution, she stilled herself and when Vikrant though that she will not struggled anymore and loosened his grip she hit him on groin with her heel and fled from there.

The officers ran to catch her, but she was a gazelle, she ran swiftly without making noise. Vikrant ran after her, but halted, he had to think like she thinks. And his instinct told him she will first go to see the baby, he slowly moved to the now empty private ward of the baby, Sameera has taken him home, he hoped that Geet was unaware of this, he called Mohinder and was told that Geet knows that the baby was with Sameera.

He immediately rushed to the Handa Haveli warning Myra and Sameera on the mobile.

At the Handa Haveli

Sameera was holding the baby, Geet came near them. Sameera said, "Didi he looks exactly like Maan, you must have been thinking about him all through your pregnancy time: she was trying hard to be calm

Geet looked at her and said, "You will look after him as your own?"

Sameera said, "Didi you will look after him, I will only assist you"

"I don't have time left; I have to go I just want one promise"

"That you will never impose your thinking on him, you will love him as your own and you will also love Maan as madly as I love him"

"Didi he is all yours, he married me just to save Papa's name"

"Thanks but I have to leave"

"Wait Didi"

But she left before Sameera could stop her.

Vikrant came and was told that Geet had left, he went out to search her and heard a gunshot

He ran towards the outhouse from where the sound came and found her laying in her own pool of blood.

She was no more.

No one told Maan who attacked him, he was told that while saving him Geet died. Sameera did not want to stain his love for her. She wanted her sister to be remembered as an intelligent girl she always was.
