It was a very funny Govinda/Sanjay Dutt movie, I think Haseena Maan jayegi The two were timepass type of guys who used to play tricks on their Dad to get money. This guy was their Dad's PA who used to get beat up by them...He had that dialogue "Kunjbihari ka mathematics kehta hai ki..." and usually by the time his mathematics worked he was already sunk...
