I like the part here that you did not make just one person a villain. The sister ran away because she was in love, Darji reacted for the sake of his pride, the groom also behaved because of his fallacies and insecurities. When innocence is lost, the whole collection of them were equally responsible. Just like Mohinder and Rano, the humanity in people is the only thing that can heal the innocent now.

Should I tell you that I feel like a hundred knives slashing at me? But this is the reaction for all innocence lost and it should be. A very well described and provoking part of the story... I hope the soothing begins soon..
