I agree with the national award part...

Bachpan mein yaad hain all those Om Puri, Smita Patil, Naseeruddin Shah etc, movies used to get national awards. And they'd invariably be dark themes and social issues that a child could not understand. And then Doordarshan used to show them. And I would be cursing them, ki yeh lo national award ki movie dikha rahe hain, yane there is no movie on TV today.😆

To me national awards means that.😆

Hum log bachpan mein ek game khelte the. When the words 'L.O.N.D.O.N Statue', were said a person had to freeze in whatever position or action they were, until the word, 'Over', was said. Standing in that position even for a minute was pure torture. For over one week now, tune bechare Maan ko freeze karke rakha hain. Ab tak bechare ki kulfi jam gayi hogi. Bechare ko 'Over' bol de Mayyo. Humpe nahi toh kamse kam uspe reham kar.

I know the torture it was to freeze in a position for more than a few seconds! 😆 Bechara Maan!

I've been busy over the weekend so haven't yet given the final touches to the chapter. Hoping to do it today so I'll post it tomorrow or the day after. 😊
