Dear, the main reason is that after knowing about the panic attacks of geet maan is more guilty in hiding truth from geet, when he told with Mr. R she listened and this truth will play a major role in their life, so i made geet listen.. so that maan will be relieved and some or the other way he can manofy geet.. wait to see geet's reaction, thank you dear 😊
