FLASHBACK CONTINUES


SOMETIMES A BLOOD RELATION OR THE FEEL TO CARRY THE BABY THAT PRECIOUS LIFE IN YOUR WOMB IS NOT NEEDED...

The precious feeling that geet had at that time holding the baby was not actually less than any pure magical feeling.. She was holding the small and tiny baby in her arms and took him with her since the baby's blanket was wet so geet took her woolen scarf and securely wrapped the baby further hiding him in the fur coat..

geet : baby dekho abb aapko thand nai lagegi.. Chalo ghar chalte hain..

when nidhi opened the door she first blasted on geet.. Without even noticing the bundle of joy geet was having...

Nidhi : kahan thi geet itni der ho gayi hai pata hai na mausam kitna kharab hai look its raining now.. Geet looked outside and yes it was raining heavily..

geet st : acha hua ki main baby ko wahan se le aai warna pata nai kitna bheeg jaata aur bimar ho jata .. For the time being her anger was forgotton that was for baby's parents... Geet looked at nidhi with a baby face , nidhi was her best friend since they were twelve.. And apparently living with her..

geet : nidhu wo aaj kuch documents complete karne the so do ghante jyada lag gaye..

Suddenly nidhi looked at a cloth in geet's hand and still didnt get what is it so she asked..

nidhi : geet ye kya hai tere paas , before geet could show nidhi herself explored and find a small pink baby... But how did baby came to geet , from where she has brought this baby.. Nidhi gasped in shock and horror..and geet who was seeing her friend changing her expressions didnt utter a single word...

Nidhi found something wrong and checked baby's pulse , it was dropping

Nidhi : geet jaldi chal baby isnt breathing iski pulse bhi kam ho rahi hai..
Geet too checked she was in a panic now what if something happens to this tiny life a fear lept in her... Immediately both of them rushed to the hospital.. The doctor immediately checked the baby .. He was not breathing properly looked like he was sinking...

geet immediately asked doctor ...she was not expecting this..

geet : but doctor how it can be i mean baby toh bilkul theek lag raha tha ..doctor actually mistaken geet as baby's mother.. And yelled at her...

doctor : what kind of mother you are , that you didnt knew that baby did have anything in last twenty four hours...

Geet probably wanted to kill baby's mother now , how dare that wretched woman to starve her baby.. When geet didnt speak nidhi cleared to the doctor that she was not baby's mother... Even doctor regretted her words and apologised to geet..

nidhi : doctor she is not baby's mother... she found the baby on the bench..he was wet so we brought him here seeing pulse dropping...

Doctor : i am sorry miss , i didnt know that some kind souls are still there for a abandoned child ..

it was not the time to look what doctor was saying but to look that almost dying soul who was suffering for his parents cruelity...

geet very scaringly asked doctor... looking forward to get some hopes to save her baby...

she didnt even knew that within few hours she had unknowingly became baby's mother... not even knowing that baby will belong to her...

geet : doctor baby will be fine na... i mean after his treatment...
the doctor didnt want to raise false hopes so she clearly told the baby's condition...

doctor: miss geet , i wont lie to you...but his condition is critical... after examining him... we have found that the baby's lungs are having water content may be due to remaining in rain for almost eight hours ...and his body temperature is also low... so we can't say anything till forty eight hours...

geet couldn't believe what the doctor said...


geet : but doctor... baby will be fine na...

her eyes were still lost in the first glimpse of her baby...


" us ek jhalak me uski zindagi jaise simat si gai... aanken taras rahi thi uss nanhi si jaan ki ek jhalak ke liye..."


nidhi took geet out of doctor's cabin...
and made her sit outside the room where the baby was admitted... geet looked at the baby through the glass... that precious life was hooked to various tubes and machines..her heart cried seeing two syringe in the almost pale wrist of her baby...


silent tears flowed from her eyes... although she was not the mother of baby but today she was feeling no less than a mother...


" maa ki mamta jaga di thi uss nanhi si jaan ek bejaan kaagaz ki gudiya main..."


geet silently vowed and prayed...

geet : baby main aapko kuch bhi nahi hone dungi... dekhna babaji aapko bilkul theek kardenge...
