Daddima's POV

Its been almost 4 days the house seems soo dull n silent as if the life of my house is lost sumwhere

Geet is still not reacting to anything nmaan is breaking bit bu bit

I don't understand what god has wriotten in my kids destiny

Badi mushkil se mere bai milli thi aur ab ye sab

Here in maaneet room geet sat on the window sil looking out n maan sat on there bed looing at geet its been 4 days maan has not gonne to office seeing geet soo silent n tormented killed him n every night geet's painful shrieks n tears torrmented n killed sumthing inhis n now it was getting unbearable

Maan got up n went towrads geet n sat near her on the window sil he looked at her but geet kept lookiing out side,he slowly boughthis hand up near her n touched her shoulder that's when geet came out of her revire n seeing maan's sad n broken face as if something snapped within her a ingle tear rolled out of her eye maan looked at geet n her tears n bought her closer in his embrase n hugged her pls geet pls cryy let it all out this time with ur tears pls don't hold back anything its killing me seeing u like this pls geet pls let it go pls pleaded maan n geet shed the silent tears holding maan';s shirt soo tight in her fist she kept crying for a while n then finally she said

Aap aap mujse naraaj nai ho na

Maine jaan k kuch nai kiya sachi I promise said geet still holding him by his shirt

Maan looked shocked hearing her he thought how stupid can she get why will he b angry on her for sumthing that was not her fault but this was not the time to ponder over what was done it was time to comfort n make geet realise there was nothing wrong with her.

Maan held her more tightly to himself n said geet listen to me sweety why will I b angry with u?? it was not ur fult sweety u were not wrong pls don't think anything wrong comeout of that incident geet,pls cry it all out pls

Geet started sobbing heraing him n said maan maan who who raunak he was giving my creepy looks but I ignored him coz he is ur clent

No geet he is nothing to our company he is no more our client

Geet looked shocked with what she heard n looked towards maan

Maan nodded n said yes I told Mr.chopra I don't want to work with his son n if he wans us to work for them they need to remove ronak from this project

Geet told maan everything that happened there sobbing hard it was really difficult for maan to hear everything once again but he did all for geet's sake bcoz he knew geet needed to let it out only then she ll b able to forget n move on it was getting hard for geet to breath coz of all the crying

Maan picked geet in his arms n took her to there bed while all the while geet cringed on maan like a small baby,maan made her sit n gave her water n tucked her in quilt

Lye down geet n sleep for a while u ll feel better but geet tightened her hold on his hand but aap

Don't worry m here only with u pls sleep said maan n lyed down beside her n took her in his embrace n kept stroking her hair till she slept..

O0nce geet slept maan came outside n called doctor n told her about the progress that's when daddima also came out of her room

Ji daddima wo ab pehle se better h bht roo rai thi but I guess ab jab wo soo k uthegi toh hume humari purani geet wapi8s mil jayegi

thanku maan thanku soo much bete aap yahin geet k pass raiye hum gurdware maatha tek k aate h aur babji ji se pray karenge ki ab humare bachon ko kissi ki najar naa lage

Maan smilled a lil seeing his daddi's excitenment n went back to there room to check on geet

It was in last those 4 days for the first time that geet slept soo peacefully otherwise every nitght those nightmares use to torment her n her condition use to kill maan

It was late in the evening when geet opened her eyes n looked around her maan sat on the couch working on some of his important files,geet looked here n there n remembered what happened in the morning n how maan comforted her she looked towards maan but maan was soo ingrossed in his files that he failed to notice geet n geet kept looking at him

Agter a while when maan picked his head from file he noticed geet is up n looking at him he thought she was again back to those memories thinking all this he got u suddenly n ran towrads geet n hugged her close to his heart while geet snuggled more into his warmth

Geet how r u feeling now asked maan carresing her hair

M finye said geet slowly looking at his sad n tensed face

Kuch chaiye tume mai nakul ko kuch khaane k liye laane ko bolta hun

Nai maan m fine

Okh so ek kaam karo now get up n get ready fast we r going for outing n then we ll go for dinner

But aise achnak se

Nai geet achanak se nai h I had planned it long back lied maan while in reality he wanted to take her out to keep her mind off that incident.so chalo fattafat ready ho jao

But daddima

Tum daddima ki fikar mat karo geet I ll inform her saying this maan got up n left once again reminding geet to hurry up while geet sat there lost in her thoughts about maan that how caring n loving he was

After 5 mins she got up to get ready as she didn't wanted to dissapoint maan when he was making soo much effort to make her happy

awesome update...maan taking care of geet & geet letting out her pain is beautifully written...but what I love the most in this particular maaneet story is that their progress in their relation is not abrupt but slow & steady & this is very realistic...loving how maaneet relationship progressed from acquitance to friends , friends to close friends ...waiting to see them from close friends to husband wife in true sense...😊
