She too leaned closer to him and without any prior warning bit him on his chin...and with that she ran away from his grip...

But maan was not going to give up...
Her payal was betraying her intention of running away from him...of hiding away from him...

She quietly leaned down and took her payal out...

'Alright its a challenge then'
He suddenly caught a shadow near the stairs and hurriedly went towards it tip toed...
'Boo' she jumped at his sudden voice and tripped backwards unaware about the danger in the form of stairs...
'Maaan' her voice echoed in his ears...
'Mishty'
He tried to get hold of her hand and caught it but the sudden force of her hand made them both slide down the stairs together...
with a loud THUD they both fell down cuddled together on the down floor bathing in a pool of blood...
