It has only been the second year for the coveted Colors Golden Petals Award, but this year the ceremony seems to be bigger, grander and more exciting than the first! All courtesy of the many magical acts to be performed by the popular actors, actresses and onscreen couples, from the world of Colors TV.
We all know that Drashti Dhami, who is currently seen playing the title role Madhubala, on Color TV's hit show, Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, is not only hosting the show but is also scheduled to perform at the show. But it doesn't stop there. Ms. Dhami will be reliving the three roles of her career and bring it on the stage. That's right! We will see Drashti replaying the role of Dr. Muskaan Chadda from Dill Mill Gayye, Geet Handa from Geet Hui Sabse Parayi and Madhubala from Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. It should be a treat for the fans who have missed seeing the Muskaan and Geet in Drashti; especially for the Geet fans who are remembering their show through the one year anniversary of Geet going off air.
Usually this type of medley performances comes from Bollywood actors and actresses and it is quite the rarity to see a telly actor getting such opportunity. Fans of Drashti Dhami's will surely be proud to see her carry the mantle forward on her sexy back!
