She looked his face, in a shortest span of time her face did change its colour. Her skin which had been become icy white, due to all fear, found back its natural hue of red, making her visibly alive. her stopped, quaking heartbeats found back its immature harmony, started beating in full scope of happiness. She found, she was magically safe from all those ill-happenings which could take her life even if, she had not found her Maan back. Those tears which was sliding down from her big brown eyes, still did not stop but started falling in full swing, more than before but with dance, with song of joy, that she was safe. her fragile body could not take more, this was more than enough what she had been feeling without him and she clutched tight his shirt, immersing in his embrace, not wanted to be separated till infinity. She cried, cried and cried.. with no sound. Her throat could not make any sound which would show her inner trauma and was feeling so helpless that she was not even able to make him realize that she is nothing, she had nothing without him. "Please don't leave me again'' her soul screamed, making his heart shudder.

Though he did not hear a sound from her yet knew, what she wanted to shout, scream, yell. He was listening her heartbeat with complete submission, let her roar on him, with her silent tears. He patted her hair, clutched more tight, cursing his own self to leave her like this. "What the hell you was doing'' His soul thundered him. And he nodded, simply took up, whatever his soul wanted to give punishment to him but, " please, don't let this happen again to her.. to my angel.. my Geet'' he prayed inward, closing his red and hurt eyes in regret.

"Are you okay?'' He asked. Felt her nod near his chest. She did not want to raise head, "not being sure that if he would again vanish, leaving her alone', she feared.

"Where had you gone?'' she spoke in between her cry. He could not reply, just stood there hearing her cry, let her cry so she would expel her all fear in form of salty liquid.

"I'm sorry ..''

"what sorry Maan. How ca...'' she shouted

"Shh!!!'' he covered her mouth with his hand making her shut. "Don't shout'' he whispered. She frowned.. " Geet, we are not alone here'' he whispered.

"Means? Who!!'' she got scared

He cupped her face, smiled. "You don't need to be scare Geet. I'm here with you now.. Hm'' he husked, giving her tinge of safety blended with Goosebumps. They were massively at edge of being confounded in cast of this intimate moments when heard footsteps, becoming loud, coming toward them. Geet clutched his arm more tight feeling "what if Maan had not come '' she could not think more as she felt, her hand softly been held by Maan. He pulled her more inside cabin, in term of hiding themselves. They were now hiding inside thick darkness when looked across glass door, where a shadow was becoming clear, forming in a shape of human.

They were quite, silent enough not to make any noise of even their hasted breathing. In darkness, Maan was marking, guessing a strangers' every move, without a miss. He was waiting for a right opportunity to make his move and he got. With a blink of eyes, he puts lights on making whole office visible.

A pair of foot, stopped and stood rooted where it was, without turn, without run.

Maan held Geet hand and came out, stood horizontally to him, in same corridor which was now, showering in shining lights. "Uncle!!'' Maan spoke.

Narendra eyes met with Maan and then a shuddering figure behind him.

Maan felt a tight clutch on his arm. It was like anytime, his skin would be scrunched like a dry leaf. His skin started burning with the heat of her vibrating pulse. He stared her hold and then her. he shocked, been confused, hell worried looking her like this. He did not understand what happened to her, why she was becoming like dead scared yet alive. She was shaking, her heartbeat was vast loud that anyone could hear, in this quite silence. Maan saw her eyes, she was staring in only one direction and that was, his. The man, who should have been a complete stranger for her, was making her condition more than worst. "Why?'' Maan could not understand but could have guessed, there was something, something which he should know very soon otherwise she would collapse any time soon.
