Lots of thoughts swirling around in my head after reading this one and I don't know if I'll be able to put them all down here in this comment. But I'll still give it a try...
If I have to use a single phrase to describe this chapter, I would say 'a spectrum of emotions'. There was almost every emotion I could think of. Starting from attraction, to infatuation and restlessnes of Maan; to Geet's motherly love for Miri and her warm bond with Pari and Brij - the way she teased Pari. And then there was 'losing oneself'; I can't find the right name to it. A little further into the update and you could see a woman trying to put up a brave front with a shattered self-confidence; the concern of Brij and Pari for Geet; and then Maan's blazing happiness suddenly changing into extreme disgust and hatred. Every emotion is present here. Hats off to you! 👏
If I talk about the parts of this chapter individually then the first thing I would say is that you chose the perfect song for the occasion! It clearly added to the feel of the chapter! 😊 Aur aag tou dono tarf barabar lagi thi. Both were attracted towards each other. 😳
One thing that I'm curious about is why is Geet so low on her self-confidence? It's not like the accident did some permanent damage to her appearance, right? Why does she feel unworthy of entering a man's life?
What can I say about Maan? I guess anyone who overheard half of the conversation would feel the same way. And it makes it even worse when you're the one being mentioned! Now I can expect him to blow an even bigger fuse than he was planning to when he meets Geet, the woman who took Dev and Daadi on a sneaky junk food trip! 😆
The woman standing in the balcony, I'm assuming, is Geet. The upcoming conversation doesn't seem a good one to me, if they converse at all!
Thank you for PMing. I hope you'll update the next one soon! 😊
