Geet ruined maan's dinner. Its time 4 punishment n that is stripping. Poor geet , maan u r devil.
Now coming to ur question this apple is symbolically presenting love which is the reason of all problems like the forbidden fruit of heaven was the reason of all miseries of world. N fire is presenting sensation if it. This is my interpretation.
