Geet got new birth today. She had same body but heart, had got promotion. She was not that afraid with anyone. She looked Maan, who was sitting beside, on driver seat and smiled. She had braveness and replica of her heart, in her eyes which was thanking Maan, with innermost love. Her hand lifted to open car door, which was halted at entrance of school. She twisted handle and with a soft movement, it opened. She kept her left leg out, on floor and then took it back. Maan was waiting for her exit when a soft peak touched his cheek and then a giggle and then, she vanished from his sight before he could gather what happened. It had been too delay when his mind got to know, this small incident and in consequence, he smiled and shook his head and drove off with bliss heart.

Geet was nor conscious neither nervous. Her neck was straight. Her steps were steady and confident. With full attitude, she marked her presence there which didn't go unnoticed by her classmates. They were frown. They tried to turn Geet attention by their usual annoying noises and giggles but Geet didn't give a damn.

She was engrossed in her books. She had understood very well now that those are not her friends and so, was not needed to give any thought toward those strangers. Her exam was coming over head and she had already wasted many precious days without studying, so did not want to do this again and the very best solution was, avoid those creeping species peoples, who were not even worth of hear her precious accuse itself. At end of class, they got an assignment. This assignment was mandatory for entrance in scholarship main exam and so, everyone had to do hardest.

Day went without any hustle. Naina was not to be seen and so her group of friends. Geet finished her class and with the tension of her new assignment she reached KC. She was now used to coming here but today, was indeed something fresh feeling curling inside her. It all was looking of her now. She opened Maan cabin and entered but found it empty. She made faces and sat on couch, started her study.

Maan knew it was Geet arrival time and so, he was very restless in meeting. Wanted to see her eagerly but this meeting, agrrhhh !! He looked time. Now he got sure she must be his cabin now. He was curious to know what happened in school. "Don't know how will she be feeling? '' he was in thought. His clients were not tired anymore asking different annoying questions and Maan, could not able to make faces even on them which he eagerly wanted to. Time was creeping very below than slow and finally, Maan stood up "Umm! Excuse me Mr. Chopra. I have to make an important call'' he spoke and rushed out. His accountant Adi shook head knowing, it was nothing new. Since Geet had been starting visiting here, Maan very less, used to schedule any meeting at this time of day. So as usual, Adi proceed meeting further.

Maan came in cabin and saw, her sunk in books. She didn't hear his foot sound and so Maan didn't want to. He silently neared her and sat, next to her. He had expected, at least now, she would sense his presence but no, she was still engrossed. He shook his hand before her half shut eyes to gain her attention but it also, didn't work. He chuckled. Bend his body little down to see, if she really reading or had slept. He bends down and almost, kept his head in her lap and Geet jolted, suddenly feeling something in her lap. She stood up jumping.

"Aahh!!'' A sound run out from Maan mouth. Geet bolted in awe. She saw Maan was lying on floor clutching his forehead. "Maan'' She haste to him, helped him to stand up. "Maan what happened? '' She asked innocently keeping her hand, over his palm, where he got hurt.

Maan glared her with his big eyes. "Now what I did, ha! Why are you staring me like this?'' she pouted in frustration. "ab dikhaaiye mujhe kaha lagi?'' she made him sit on couch and removed his hand from swell. She saw, the area he got hurt, had been red and small lump was visible there. "Ohh!! Maan I'm sorry- really sorry- I didn't know you were here '' She held her Dupatta and blew some air, kept warm cloth on his hurt. Though it didn't sting him much but looking her low face, he shivered, intentionally. A tear escaped from her eyes, feeling his sting. "I'm sorry Maan '' her voice was hoarse. Maan instantly raised eyes to her. Stood and cupped her face " Geet I was just joking really! Nothing happened me, look '' He touched his swell showing its not hurting but it made him hiss little.

" Ohh Maan,, what are you doing '' she instantly blew air on her forehead, giving her warmth. He smiled feeling good and closed his eyes. She looked his face which had peace. Feeling lack of warmth Maan opened his eyes.

"Geet !'' Maan whispered softly, giving her shiver. She looked down. He held her chin made her facing him.

She tried to read his face , is he still feeling pain? Maan raised eyebrows, questioning what happened. " abhi bhi dard ho raha hai ?'' she asked. Maan nodded, making cute face then shook, smiling. She giggled seeing his baby face. He too chuckled and took her in his embrace.

A knock on door, broke their moment. Geet straighten herself and turned back, settling her scattered books on table when a middle age man appeared...
