Geet's face became dim.

GEET:No Boss.I am not married.But I am pregnant.

Maan was shocked:Geet!

Geet's tears rolled down her cheeks.

GEET:I am from a poor family Boss.My sister's wedding was not taking place due to lack of money.She got frustrated and decided to live as a spinster through out her life.But I did'nt want my sister to cry through out her life.So inorder to make money I decided to be a surrogate mother for a childless couple.They offered me a big amount of money.I gave the money to my brothers and they conducted my sister's wedding.After the wedding only I revealed to them that it was not the money I borrowed from my imaginary friend,but the salary which I got for bearing the child of a childless couple in my womb.They did'nt trust me.They thought that I did prostitution to make money and the baby in my womb is the result of my sin.So my own family hated me and pushed me out as because of me the family reputation got spoiled.A job was a necessity as I wanted to survive for the baby.Though this baby is not my blood I have the responsibility to take care of it and give birth to it.Infact I became selfish and started feeling that it's my own baby and so I decided to bring this baby as my own child.So I hid from the couple who want this baby very badly.I don't want to cheat them completely.I decided to work and make money to return the money.I searched for a job and luckily I got a job here. Boss.. when I was alone most of the men tried to be dirty with me.Some offered me job,but they wanted me to be their keep.But you were always decent with me.Because of that I have a soft corner towards you.That's why I shared my personal worries with you which I have not shared with anyone.Since I am an unmarried pregnant lady you may be ashamed to keep me here.But I beg you not to send me away as I need this job.Otherwise I and my unborn baby will not be able to survive.

Maan wiped her tears:Don't worry Geet.I will not send you away.I am not ashamed to keep you here.Infact I am prowd to have an employee like you here.

Geet was relieved.She was happy too.

In the evening'.

MAAN:Geet,I will drop you home as it's raining heavily.

GEET:Thank you Boss.

They were in the car.The rain reminded Maan of his rain moments with Aarti.Aarti had worn a green saree . She was drenched in rain.He shared his umbrella with her.The umbrella flew away with the wind.But they did'nt even realize it as they were lost in each other.

Geet shed tears seeing the rain.She remembered how she used to enjoy in the rain when she was the pet of her brothers.

But she lost her interest in rain as she was kicked out of the house during a rainy day.So rain signified pain for her while it signified romance for Maan.

Maan saw her crying.He wiped her tears.

MAAN:Don't cry Geet.Forget the past and be happy.

GEET:Is it easy to forget the past Boss?Could you forget your past?Don't you still weep thinking of your late wife?

Maan became upset.But he controlled his emotion.

MAAN:But your case is different Geet.You will have a baby to be happy. But I don't have anything.I wish i had a daughter who looks exactly like my Aarti.I love her that much.

Geet felt upset for Maan.Slowly she touched her stomach.

GEET:You are right Boss.I have my baby.I should be happy.

He smiled.

Geet:Thank you so much.After talking to you i got relief.

Maan:Mee too.Talking to you was like releasing my pain.

Unknowingly their eyes got locked on to each other's.They did know the sound of their heart beat.

Mahi...mahi...

In the office room'

Geet felt like fainting.Maan held her.She was not able to stand properly.So he lifted her up in his arms.

The office staff Vikram opened the door seeing this.He smirked and went out.
Maan placed Geet on the chair and fed her water.
MAAN:Now how do you feel Geet?
GEET:Feeling much better Boss.Thank you so much.
MAAN:No mention Geet.

Vikram told others in the office:Like all other Bosses our Boss is also a womanizer who uses his PA.I saw him becoming cozy with Geet.

They were shocked.Maan and Geet heard this from behind.Geet was crying.Maan got angry.

MAAN:Geet was about to faint.So I just held her.If you simply cook up dirty stories about innocent girls like Geet I will kick you out of the office Vikram.

Vikram became embarrassed.

Maan looked at Geet.She ran out crying.

He ran after her:Geet,don't run.It's not good for your baby.

GEET:Sorry,I became careless for a moment.

MAAN:Be careful.You are lucky to be blessed with a baby.I was not lucky enough to have a baby of my Aarti.Before that blissful moment itself she left me.She had cancer.

His eyes became wet.She wiped his tears.

MAAN:I will drop you.

GEET:No thank you Boss.I will go by myself.

MAAN: But Geet'in this condition'first of all you felt like fainting.Going alone is not safe.

GEET:Now I am ok Boss.So I can go alone.

MAAN:But Geet'

GEET:Boss'please try to understand.If others see us together again there will be scandals and I won't be able to bear the insult again.I am very sensitive.

MAAN:Ok,I understand.

GEET:Bye Boss.

MAAN:Bye'

Geet walked.But she felt like fainting again.

He ran towards her and held her.

MAAN:I told you no?Don't go alone.I will take you to the doctor.

Geet could'nt resist.

He took her to the Doctor.

Dr:Everything is normal.This is normal in pregnancy.

Maan was relieved.

Vikram who followed them overheard this.He had recorded it in his mobile.He had an evil smile on his face.

The next day he informed this to others.

V:When I told this nobody believed it.Right?Our boss has made his PA pregnant.

He showed the mobile video to them.

They were shocked.

Maan and Geet came out.

MAAN:What's the discussion going on here?You guys are supposed to work now instead of chatting.

Vikram:We chatted instead of working?Then what did you do Boss?You had nice time with your PA instead of working with her.

Maan lost his control:Stop it dammed!

Vikram:Truth can't be changed or hidden Boss.We all came to know that Geet is pregnant.

Maan and Geet were shocked.
