4 Lions Films and its tussle with the loyal fans of Geet and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon!

People generally have a perception that no matter how much popular a show had been during its heydays, fans tend to forget once it's pulled off.
However, we guess the same rule doesn't stand true when we talk of Star One's highly popular Geet Hui Sabse Parayi, which got an abrupt ending. And the second one beingStar Plus' Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, which has been in troubled waters from quite a week. Apart from the common fact that these two shows are love tales with a difference and gave to their respective fans amazing on-screen couples in the form ofMaan-Geet and Arnav-Khushi, the shows have one thing more in common.
Both happen to be a product from 4 Lions Productions. The production house gained overnight appreciation with Geet where the on-screen chemistry amidst the leads Gurmeet Choudhary and Drashti Dhami set the screens on fire. Recently, the Facebook page of it went down, which made the fans to bombard the Twitter and Facebook accounts ofGul Khan and her husband Gorky, the people behind 4 Lions. While Geet fans were under the impression that 4 Lions is trying to sabotage Geet's never ending popularity for their new ventures Iss Pyaar…and Qubool Hai on Zee TV, fans of IPKKND have their own genuine reasons of fighting the battle.
They are mighty upset with Barun Sobti aka Arnav quitting the show and just don't want anyone else pairing up withSanaya Irani aka Khushi as Arnav. Well, their demand can't be termed unfair as chemistry is not a thing that can happen with anyone or between everyone. There are only a few who strike the right chord and make a place in the hearts of all.
TV industry has many love stories being aired at the moment but none is as popular as Iss Pyaar Ko or Geet for that matter. Does that mean they don't have good actors or they lack a strong storyline? Of course not, it is just that the magic and the aura can't happen between everyone.
The fans are on with their fights and are not bothered about the end result as what they care for is the magical love tale which is losing its charm all because of negligence. No matter how much the makers and actors say in their defense, the fact remains intact that entertainment world runs with fans showering them all with their immense love and support. Nobody wishes to kill time sitting before the TV watching out some over the top crap with no touch of realism, if you sell what one can relate to; things always work the right way.
