" geet ..why are you here ?? '' maan asked, standing ahead geet, who was sitting on bench, near lift. She shocked to see him there. Stood and " wo.. I was waiting for pinky'' she said. " and why didnt you come inside" maan was angry as why she was sitting here, alone. What if something happened to her. Though he trusted his staffs yet, it was not safe her to sit in a empty place all alone. "chalo '' he ordered. She bit scared with his tone. She said pinky could come here finding her. " pinky wont come, she is in meeting.. now come with me'' maan said...

She doesn't want to make him angrier so followed . The remembrance of first encounter with this office, made her judder. yet she dint show . Quietly was following him till, reached in center area. This time, on-one looked her with wide eyes, but some cornered gaze, she felt over her and this, made her, step closer to maan, who was marching toward cabin, being a strong shield before her. They entered and maan said her to sit on chair, of front. She sat and was being so much conscious. Maan took his sit before her, on his bossy seat.

" so.. why had you come .. '' he asked, searching some file.

" wo.. I had to fill some forms.. so pinky said she would help me''

" why you dint tell Me' geet'' maan asked, looking her straightaway .

Geet looked him. She observed, it was more then what he said. She looked down, finding no answer. Maan composed and tell her to show papers.

"hmm.. just fill it how am saying .. okk !! '' he said, reading forms thoroughly. Geet nodded and started writing what he was saying to do. Every time geet was having problem in spelling or understanding so was handing over to him and he, was giving her back. They were having difficulty as both chair was bit far, across big table.

" geet.. come here.. '' maan suggested her to come beside him. Geet wheezed, she was not sure it would be good or not, after experience of what happened yesterday. Their closeness was still, fresh in her mind. But she had to. she went and stood near maan. Maan mind was occupied by various files so he dint think so much. They resumed their work. Geet had to bend a bit, to write and by this, she came more close to him, where as he started to smell her fragrance, which suddenly, made him realize, how near they were.

" geet whats next ?'' maan asked typing on laptop.. composing his heating mind

"guardian'' she said and without wait started writing dadima..

"No.. '' maan snapped spoke. Geet looked him confused. " but maanji. we all have to fill here dadimaa name as she is our warden'' she said

"geet !! i said no means no, samjhi tum.. your guardian is not dadima'' he was rigid ..

"fir .. kiska naam likhu '' she asked

"maan singh khurana '' he said, looking her, grossing her, burning her with his firm eyes.. which had many unknown emotions were gesturing. She looked his with same fervour...

"relation?? '' she whispered , questioning him, asking him , demanding him... she was expecting which was impossible, yet was expecting..thinking some miracle..

"Friend '' maan said. He wanted to say, what she was expecting him to but knew.. it was not right time to express his feeling, which by now he had started to understand, himself.

"friends ?? '' she whispered .. smiled softly. Her eyes were capturing his, seeing some showering emotion there... both lost in each other.. finding something. Something which was their need yet fearing .. what if they proved wrong identifying it right.

There moment was silent.. they were wandering, exploring each other eyes.. they were free , independent there because , they both had given permission them to hunt , treasure of their togetherness.. nearness of this special moment...

Maan saw, her eyes was compressing. He knew she was afraid. Fearing of this world. What would they think! .. say about their this pure relation. He kept his palm, on her hand. Her eyes became bigger. He pressed her hand, little. A shine appeared in her eyes, feeling a assurance from him. She smiled and looked down, shying. His face glowed, happy for his first wish , was granted. He held her hand , tighter.. was feeling a current was flowing, connecting both, with same heat.. their heart was dancing , on same song...

Silent was covering over the time when they heard a knock .. followed by a man voice " maan sir '' in a mere second both realized, where they are. Geet removed her hand from him but maan dint leave. Instead he slides his hand under table, holding her, along with. She gasped, but could not show as a man was to enter. She stood numb...

" yes adi ?? '' maan asked formally. Adi came in and surprised to see a girl there. But he was not a man , to make stories seeing a picture. He dint think further and took maan signs on papers. " maan sir, clients are waiting you in meeting room '' adi said.

"hmm .. coming '' maan said. Adi left, closing door behind. Geet started twisting her hand to leave " maanji .. choriye na '' said. Maan was enjoying her nervousness. When he felt it was going over her patience, he left. She hurriedly took all papers and sat on her previous place, not trusting herself, more then him. Her heartbeats were so high and face was red. A unknown heat surrounded her. Maan saw her discomfort and decided to give her some time to compose herself. He left for meeting , but not forgot saying her to wait, till he comes. She could not reply but nodded ..
