Need I say that Sookie has to be included here...

Till Human Voice Wakes us is my recommendation.

It was a thread of lively discussion that had us sitting by the edge of our seats, the entire time she wrote it. Of course, the perfection to which the killer's psyche was sketched in the story was never before seen in this forum (or for that matter has been paralleled in published books available in the market) and is a must read for all those who like thrillers.

What she said. 😊 I have found some incredible writers like Devi and Sookie and also Munchy and Anne from IPK forum that I have long forgotten who Chetan Bhagat and JK. Rowling are. I am still a Potterhead but I am amazed that these people are writing so much more in depth and with care for each chapter than ANY of the published writers out there. I can fairly admit that I haven't read a single book for the past 2 months but I still have read and enjoyed the finest pieces of fiction to have ever been written.
