Oh...it really is a very unique and cool name I should say.

Yes dear u can call me di or by my name too...no probs

well transcription is related is like...u know typing out dictations by doctors of patient's condition..as in US and all d medical bills r payed from insurance and so as to have records for doc, patients as well as insurance company...we transcirbe (type) about their medical problems including the small cough, cold and fever condition with all medications prescribed to the biggest of diseases and surgery and its procedures..

Lagta hai kuch zyada hi likh diya...hope u got my point.
