so Nandini and Armaan are were biological parents of Sam and who are coincidently siblings of Geet and Maan...

so if they have baby then Sam can be saved...

but yaar first it takes nearly minimum 10 months to have a baby and then doctors can't extract bone marrow from a new born baby as it is very dangerous and very painful...bone marrow is extracted from each and every bone of body of a donor and then the bone marrow of same bone is replaced by new bone marrow in the patient...so it is very necessary that the donor should be healthy...so can Sam wait for so much time...
