In temple, all were busy in puja. They all were sitting doing all process which panditji said. During all process maan tried to see geet or make her look at him but geet dint response. She was still fuming and cooking some plan in her mind. Some villagers were also there as now all knew who maan was. After finishing puja all were ready to return back when maan said he have some work " wo aap sab jaaiye. Mujhe kahi jana hai "

Kaha beta" mohindar asked

" wo.. maine eek zameen dekhi hai new project ke liye . wahi jana hai. "

"kiski jameen hai " darji asked

"ji wo kisi sukhlaal ki hai "

" oo sukhi ki, use to hum ache se jaante hai . aap akele waha mat jaayiye. Mai asa karta hu brij ko aapke sath waha bhej deta hu. " he looked to darji for permission

Rano hesitantly looked daarji if he will give permission or not. But for their surprise darji agreed

Maan was very happy that he was getting chance to spend more time with geet and he looked her but geet still was very angry, she dint even looked once to him. Maan was confused but brushed off his thought. Trio left from there. On mid way geet got down as she had to go channi. Maan and brij drived ahead. After reaching sukhlala's brij said him that he have some urgent work to do so he is leaving. He will pick him and geet by returning after some hrs.

At evening maan finished his talk with sukhlal and now he is on land which he was to purchase. He was examining when he heard some sound.

"cham cham" a anklet sound came softly . maan turned. "kon hai " he asked. But no one replied

"cham cham " again maan heard this but little louder this time.

"kon hai waha " maan asked again but still no reply.

"cham cham cham..." this time maan got irritated. He shouted. KON HAI ..."

"maan " a sweet voice with giggle came from behind. He turned back and shocked.

That man in jeep stopped in front of a haveli. He came to door but it was locked. He saw a passing man. Went to him and asked " jara suniye"

Ji kahiye"

"iss haveli ke log kahi gaye hai kya. Woh Mujhe mohindar ji se milna tha"

That man was fuming in anger. "iska matlb mera shak sahi nikla. Koi hai yaha jo meri jagah lena chahta hai aur yaha meri jagah pe rah raha hai. Per mai bhi uska pata laga ke rahunga. Meri mehat pe pani itni asani se toh nahi ferne dunga kisi ko bhi. Itni himmat ki kimat use apni jaan dekar hi chukana hoga. "Thinking an evil plan he left from there.
