Its a symbol tht god is there ... thts y it rains on jagannath rath yatra day every year ... mostly it drizzles ... this is connected ... coz if u remember ... whn lord krishna was born tht day also it rained cats & dogs ... so mostly on every jagannath rath yatra day it rains ...
