Dev takes number from Meera n calls Mohinder.At this time he was surprised to get an unknown number.
Mohinder : hello...(rubbing his eyes he picks phone)
Dev : Is it Mr Mohinder Handa..?(hesitatingly he says)
Mohinder : Ji I m but I m not getting u ? (amazed he says)
Dev : Ji Uncle Ji ..I m Dev I mean Dr Dev Gulati
Mohinder: Ji kahiye (he slides himself up from bed to b in sitting position)
Dev : Actually Uncle Ji...I m working in same Canadian institute where ur daughter is doing Masters...Actually I m in India for few days.(excuse)
Mohinder :To aap meri Geet k jaan pehchan waale hai..kahiye how can I help u.(he smiles)
Dev : Actually Uncle Ji...Geet aur uski friend Meera k kush documents thay jin per unke parents k signature chahea thay..for their final results...there r some formalities(he has to make excuse )
Mohinder : Ji
Dev:Actually both girls gav me that papers to get signature from u..per mere pass time nahi bacha due to an emergency..I m in Mohali just for tomorrow...Maine Meera k Papa ko call kar diya tha evening ko wo to aa rahe hai if u can come plz as son as possible its urgent. becoz I hav some work here in a hospital.(he can't tell him directly )
Mohinder : Ji beta ji kyo nahi..if it is matter of their study why not..I ll take Meera's father with me..
Dev thought what should he do know.He just told lie to him otherwise Geets dad he could question dev.why just his signature needed becoz Meera is also doing same course n she should also hav to go through same formalities
Dev : Wo uncle ji wo to raaste main he hongay..apka phone lag nahi raha tha..so I called u late ho sakta hai wo bhi apko contact kar k he nikle ho..(he stammers)
Mohinder :Theek hai to main aata hu early morning (he said)
Dev : Uncle I know its late but mujhe jaldi nikla hai if u can come rite now.plz (at least this was thing which he wanted to make him ready to b there )
Mohinder : Theek hai beta...I m coming (he said n after taking address he disconnected)
Few days back Mohinder slipped from stairs so he has some problem in his knee.It was not possible to drive long so he has to take some one with him.Most possibly at this time only Brij can b with him
At hospital
Dev : Meera Geet's dad is coming but u should also prepare ur self to handle situation I m here to take care of things...(he informed her)
Meera was much scared what gonna her father do with her.Even he was a gentleman but no father can c his daughter in this situation above all with only daughter
Meera: Dr aab kya hoga (she was too scared)
Dev :Don u worry..I m sending some thing for u..u should take some snacks n coffee...it ll take 2 to two n half hours to reach here.Untill Mr Handa comes hav some rest.(he left to check other patient as he was on duty )
Meera just dropped herself in chair thing about Mohinder's reaction. But doctor was rite to b ready
Brij n Mohinder reached hospital around 3 in the morning.When there was no one around.Just people on duty were doing their works silently Mohinder called Dev where to meet him .Dev sent a ward boy to help them n within minutes both Brij n Mohinder were in front of Dev
Dev :Ji Uncle Ji aaea..I was waiting for u (he came near to him n also Brij was there n he find out what Meera was saying that was true just looking at him)
Mohinder : Beta Ji humme to aana he tha..its matter of my daughter's future
Brij : Oye doctor jo karna hai jaldi kar faltu main raat ko humme yaha bula liya.If u was not able to come to us..why u took this responsibility.Aur wo waha beithi hue bhi order de rahi hai..jaise hum uske gulaam ho..(much fuming he said)
Dev : Ji bhai saab.Pz wait here..Uncle plz come with me..I hav to discuss some thing with u (he placed hand on his back )
Brij:Oa doctor aise kya baat hai jo tu Chacha ji ko alag le jaa raha hai..koi ishq ka chakkar to nahi hai..kyonki jaise wo haamri Geet Canada ja kar jeans skirts tak aa gayi hai..ishq k chakkar main pad gayi ho its not big thing..asia hai to tumko yahi gaad (bury) dunga..(he was about to attack dev but Mohinder stops him)
Mohinder : Brij tu pagal ho gaya hai..dekha nahi tine bade hospital main hai Dr Dev iska matlab he is not any ordinary doctor aur kissi aise insaan se baat karne ki tameez rakho .Chaliye doctor Dev (he stops him n moves out with doctor)
Dev took him to emergency.Wher scared Meera was waiting for Mohinder.He was much shocked to find her here.If she is here why doctor dev said so to him .He had smelt some thing is fishy..so he rooted to spot
Dev :Uncle Ji plz aaea..sab batata hu..
Mohindr : Meri Geet wo to theek hai..if Meera is here to Geet wo ..where is she (he was too worried)
Dev : Uncle Ji sorry I was wrong maine apko yaha bulaya galat baat bata kar but it was important.U r rite if Meera is here it means Geet is here.Uska accident hua hai
Mohinder :What ?
Dev : Ya uncle (he told whole story how they reached here but hided her rape)
Mohinder : Its not possible meri bachi coma mai hai (he lost his senses but Dev held him)
Meera came near to him.Mohinder who has much patience but he lost his control n burst on Meera.
'Meera due to u my daughter is here.Why u left her alone' he shouted
'Sorry Uncle mujhe nahi pata thai that this type of things can happen'
But no body was aware Brij was behind them
He rushed toward Meera n grabbed her from neck 'Oye teri itni himmat meri bahan ko yaha le kar aayi without letting us know.Main tujhko nahi choduga.Teri Maa bhi tere jaise thi tu to hogi he...per meri behan ki himmat tei wajah se hue.na tu bachegi aab na wo..'
Dev just lsitened from Meera about Brij now he was in front of him.
