It was midnight, the whole Dehradun city was sleeping but the only pair of eyes who never got it in last 3 n half years was of Geet. Like every other day, standing near the window of her room, she was trying to find something in the moon shining above in the sky.

She went towards the bed where her angel was sleeping; she caressed her forehead n picked up Maan's picture which was kept on the side table. Sitting in a lone corner of her room she looked at his picture n thought about the time since she had left Delhi.

She knew, she lied to her parents but there wasn't any option left at that time. She was clueless about herself, her life as she had never imagined of her existence without Maan. But then again it was Maan only, who showed her the right path.

She got to know that she was pregnant when she fainted in the bus n was rushed to a near-by hospital which was fortunately owned by her long lost childhood friend Meera & her husband. Meera who recognized Geet was so happy to meet her friend but got worried looking at her condition. Geet when got her conscious back was shocked at what she saw. A concerned Meera sitting beside her. Meera wanted to know about her being in this state but felt Geet a little apprehensive so did not compel.

As per Meera n Yash's insistence, Geet agreed to work & stay with them but only after taking a promise to keep her whereabouts undisclosed. Since then she had been working in their hospital as Head of the Accounts Department coz Geet wanted a profile in which she doesn't require to meet many people. Knowing Maan n his influence, she always preferred to stay under the covers. But now with her angel, who would turn 3 very soon, she'll have to step out this shell of hers.

She kissed Maan's picture n placed it near her heart trying to find some solace. She had been feeling a little restless since Meera told her about their visit to Manali for Yash n Meera's new hospital's inauguration there.

She looked at his picture again n whispered Manali.. U remember??

She smiled with a layer of tears forming in her eyes.

2 din baad hamari anniversary hai.. n u know what??? I'll b there only.. yaa.. after 4 long years I'll b there, at the same place.. where .. but.. is baar.. aapke bina

N tears made there way on her cheeks with the last set of words n she hugged his picture tightly.

Next day – Dehradun Maternity Home

Geet was running around her office to make all the arrangement, so that things run smoothly in her office while she would be away. Since morning she had been giving instructions to everyone especially her assistant Pari

Pari .. I've checked all these files n settled the accounts accordingly.. nothing to done with Meera Ma'am n Yash Sir's accounts.. ok .. I'll handle them after coming back..

Geet froze listening to the name.. her thoughts started wandering towards the name Sameera Khurana but she composed herself when she felt a tap on her shoulder

Feared, yes she was fearing to meet Maan or may b seeing him with some else. Oh… the thought only was soul – piercing, how would she face him?? Millions of thoughts running into her head. But then, there was a ray of hope…

May b .. this is some other Sameera Khurana.. why would Sameera come here leaving Delhi.. I think .. I should check on her first before concluding anything..

Gathering some courage she picked up the file from her table n walked towards Room 105. She composed herself with each step, wishing back each of the staff member very politely.

But she went numb when she overheard Sameera talking on the phone

Arjun Bhaiya.. I can't come to Delhi in this condition. Doctor said its not safe for both, me n the baby
