PART 3:

Rano entered geets room and found her crying sitting in the corner of the room. She cursed her babji for giving pain to her child. She just hugged her and wiped her tears promising herself and geet that she will never let this marriage happen

Rano(st): jo mere saath hua tere saath nahi hone doongi geet. Tu apni jindagi apne hisaab se jeeyegi jaise arjun jee raha hai

Geet sat up like a statue not knowing wat to do bt rano had something going in her mind. She took her phone and rang her husband.

Mohinder: haan rano bolo sab thik toh hai??

Rano: kuch thik nahi hai, geet ki shaadi tay kardi hai bauji ne

Mohinder: kya? Kiske saath?

Rano: aur kaun? Rahul ke saath

Mohinder: rahul!! Yeh toh achi baat hui isme pareshaan hone ki kya baat hai? Rahul ko hum bachpan se jaante hain acha ladka hai. Mere saath kaam kar raha hai.

Rano: toh maine kab kaha ki who bura hai? Who acha ladka hai par aap usse sirf jaante hain pechante nahi lekin main usse pehchanti bhi hoon. Baat meri beti ki hai aur meri beti rahul ko pasand nahi karti. Maine rahul ko dekha sameera ke baahon mein. Aur mujhe pata hai rahul sameera ek doosre se pyar karte hain. Rahul ke maata pita nahi hai unke jaaane ke baad woh bhi mere liye bete ke jaise hi hai aur main jaanti hoon uski khushi iss shadi mein nahi hai... koi baat hai jiski wajah se usne shaadi ke liye haan kahi

Mohinder: rahul apne ghar ke ladke ke jaisa hai rano agar aisa kuch hota toh hume pata ho jaata

Rano: aap kuch bhi keh lijiye I can neva agree to this alliance. I know even rahul has a reason for this marriage, bt wat is it? I want to know raji ko bauji aur brij ne ek baar mein maar diya par geet ko din ba din jinda rakh ke maar rahe hain. Kahi dur gujrat mein baithne se koi faida nahi hai. I am telling u geet and rahul can neva be happy with this marriage. I want my daughter to be happy. You live ur life in guilt I have already lost raji bt I cant efford loosing geet.

Saying this rano slammed the phone down and turned around to find geet following her convo on the phone. Rano led geet to her room and made her sit.

Mohinder got involved into deep thoughts. His bauji and son both has decided again for geet... they did not even feel the necessity to inform abt the marriage. Everything was fine untill raji grew up bt wen she was caught with a man in the village fields darji dragged her home and questioned her she confessed she loved him and will marry only him this is wen he lost his temper. He told brij to finish her off and also the man whom she loved... brij who treats his darji like god did wat he was asked for. Mohinder cudnt go against his father he knew if he does rano and geet will be left alone and it will be more dangerous to them he tried coping up with the guilt of him not saving his daughter bt this guilt started eating him up to sucha level that he decided to move to a lone place where he cud neva face the accusing eyes of his wife rano. He now stays in gujrat looking after the garment factory of them and sometimes rahul visits the site coz he is the business parter. Even though mohinder moved away from his family he wanted his geet to be safe and also he wanted her to get educated he asked his bauji to let her complete her studies so that they can get her married to rich family which will help them further in their business bt the truth is he wanted his daughter to get her basic needs of life. After raji's death mohinder sent his son arjun to mumbai to complete his studies as he got scared for him coz he understood that arjun can also become like brij with in his company and arjun being a boy it wasn't difficult for mohinder to convince his father.

HANDA HAWELI:

Rano came back to the balcony and rang up her to brother jugnu this time.

Rano: jugni tu kaha hai??

Jugnu : main ghar peh hi hoon kuch kya hua behena achanak meri yaad kaise aagayi?

Rano: mujhe tumse kuch kaam tha

Jugnu: kaam? Kaho behena kya karna hai mujhe

Rano: aise nahi tumse milna padega

Jugnu : thik hai ghar aaja

Rano saw geet was sleeping after crying for long she tucked the blanket on her and left to meet her brother jugnu to his house

Rano: jugnu tujhe mere liye ek kaam karna padega

Jugnu : batana kya karna hai

Rano: tujhe geet ko ghar se bhagana padega

Jugnu: kya? Tu pagal ho gayi kya?

Rano: nahi jugnu maine apni beti ko aise bina baat ke sazaa dete nahi dekh sakti ghar mein jabardasti uski shaadi karne waale hai aur main yeh hone nahi de sakti brij hamesha use maarta rehta tha main bardaash karleti thi par ab aur nahi maine soch liya jugnu usse yaha se lejaa kahi door chodke aaja maine uski dost meera se baat karli hai woh waise bhi delhi jaa rahi hai toh maine delhi ka ticket karaa diya kal geet ki sagaayi hai toh aaj raat ko uski train hai tu use bus train tak pahuncha ghar mein sab kuch main sambhal loongi manaa mat karna jugnu jindagi mein pehli baar tujhse kuch maang rahi hoon

Jugnu: yeh tu kya keh rahi hai behena? Geet meri bhanji hai aur main use bohut pyar karta hoon woh bhi mere liye mera beta channi ki tarah hi toh hai tu kyun aise ro rahi hai?

Rano: toh thik hai tu bas aaj raat geet ko train tak pahuncha de aage ki baat meera dekh legi

Jugnu: yeh bhi koi kehne ki baat hai? Tu tension mat le main dekhloonga

Geet who sat on the bed started thing abt the convo of her mother and father. Suddenly the words of her mother in the phone struck her mind..."geet ko jinda rakh ke maar rahe hai"

Yes!!! That's it. She got the solution to the problem. Wat if she dies one last time? Foreva? Yes this is the only solution left she can neva raise her voice against her brother and darji if she does she wud be killed like her sister. So why wait till she refuses the marriage and die? She will do it herself yes!!! She'll do it. She got the poison bottle after searching for long she took it to her room.
