Epilogue

Maan was on an important call when he stopped in between. Mishty was standing in the garden with her back facing him and his eyes went on the football which she was hitting. His breath almost stopped as he witnessed the sight. He couldn't even imagine his Mishty with her extraordinarily big baby bump playing football. He stopped his call midway and ran to her.

Maan : Mishty..kitni baar samjhau tumhe? Why dont you listen. You r a doc youself. Aur is haalat me do u think its right to play football now? Especially when Dr.said that this is more than one life.

Mishty turned around innocently. Her hands were full with a bowl of specially imported chocolates that Maan had bought for her. Maan was even more confused now.

Mishty : ab aisey mat dekhiye. I was not playing football...with my legs...its just by my eyes.

She winked cutely. Ah! How could he forget, his wifey is superhuman.

Maan : so? U know it is your study time now rite? Due date ke 2 weeks baad tumhara MD entrance he and you wont get time then Mishty!

Mishty went near him and rested her head on his shoulder, her slender lean fingers entwining his. His worries, complains were all soothed. She just knew her way. He took her in his embrace.

Mishty: wo me...apney liye nhe baby ke liye khel rhe thi.

Maan : acha?

Mishty : ha. Wo..i was studying tabhi baby kicked me twice...umm...no no thrice..baar baar. Baby bore ho rha tha..so i thot thod football ho jaye as he loves to kick.

Maan smiled, " Oh..so u were playing for baby? Let me ask.

He sat on his knees with his ears on her tummy. They felt some kicks together and enjoyed the moment.

A few months later,

Maan was attending a business conference when dadi called him.

Dadi : Maan, its time. We r goin to hospital.

Even before she could complete, he set on his car. Every second was painful for him. He walked to and fro in the hospital. He panicked..asking dadi every second that she would be ok. Doc had said its more than one. Ofcourse he was happy, but worried for Mishty too. Will she be able to take the pain..uff..his head was spinning. Just a few seconds later, the doc came out of the labor room. She kept a straight face. He was even worried.

Maan : is everything alright? Hws mishty? Geet...Geet kaisi he ?

Doc : Mr.Khurana, umm you see..the thing is..umm actually its not just two babies as we said..

This was the limit of his patience.

Maan : i asked you, IS GEET alright?

Doc: yes.

Maan : can i see her NOW??

Doc : yes, but Mr. Khurana..

Maan went in. It was only her in the bed as he had already bukd the whole ward. He found the nurse checking her reports. He saw her angelic face lying contented with the feel of motherhood. He looked at her lovingly. She herself luks like a doll and she is now the mother of his kid..umm kids. Next to her were 2...nope..3,4,...5!!! 5 cradles.

Maan was angry. Here he had booked the entire ward for privacy and they had kept all the babies.

He asked the nurse," xcuse me, isme humare..i mean Geet Maan Singh Khurana ke bache kaunsey he?

The nurse lukd at him surprised...and then she smiled.

Nurse : i thot doc had told you. Mr. Khurana...all these 5 babies r yours, 3 girls and 2 boys!!!!!

Maan stood their shocked. His Mishty gave birth to 5 kids... Thats why she always complained baby kicks a lot. Now there were 10 feet to kick..ahh poor mishty. He felt guilty that he actually got annoyed seeing 5 cradles. But now he knew they were his life...his Mishty's life. He went near each one of them and kissed on their pinky palms. They were all divine...just like mumma mishty..

She opened her eyes.. It welled up with joy as she saw him.

Mishty: Maan

Maan sat next to her. Her eyes pointed at the cradles, "our kids!!"

He hugged her tightly.

Maan : I love you Mishty..

Mishty : love you too Maan..

Maan: we r one big family now!!

She nodded lukin at his lips.

Maan tilted his head seeking her permission. She closed her eyes in acceptance..thats all he needed to go for a passionate kiss...xpressing their love for each other...They were fuelled by their passion when one of the little ones started crying...and then all others joined in succession.

They broke their kiss and lukd at their cuties. Mishty made a baby face.

Maan tried to calm them down as Mishty fed them one by one...

And then started their journey of life...with their cutiiess...be it their toys..or goin to school...studies... Even our superwoman Mishty gave up in front of our Jr. Khuranas. But together...Maaneet made a beautiful world of their own...with that mystique connection of their soul and the best part is no one other than him, even their fab five, knew that she is superhuman!!! For she was is and will always be his MYSTIQUE MISHTY!!!!!
