Geet came running from her room as if she knew tat her life was nearby, as if she knew tat her love was nearby, as if she knew tat her Maan was nearby and there she saw him standing and staring at her as if he was seeing her after ages and ages. Geet could not believe tat her eyes were really seeing him. She slowly descended the steps one by one making sure tat it was not a dream. As she reached the last step she almost ran to him holding her breadth and hugged him tight as much as possible.
No words were required for Maan to know tat Geet knew the whole truth. The truth tat he knew tat she was alive, the truth tat she had understood his intentions and the truth tat he loves her. he just scooped her in his strong arms while Geet puts her rams around his neck and just stares at him. Maan walked carrying her up the stairs and soon was out of the sight of everyone.
No one present downstairs understood wat had happened, how it happened but they could not believe their eyes wat they saw. The mere sight of Maan scooping Geet in his arms and taking her away was enough for them to bring the lost smile on their face.
