Maan and geet went to office next day ………………… strangely without argument ………………..geet has arranged for a meeting ………………….so all staffs gathered except maan who went on a site visit……………
" I called u all to break a imp news…………………. U all will be happy to know that according to sources &&& company is interested to entrust their project in our hands " geet said
" wow that's a great news mam it worth rs.120000000 " adi said
" I know Adi but its not confirmed yet so we shd work hard to make it possible " geet said
" this is biggest project for HC and I want everyone to put their heart and soul in it " geet said
" sure mam " staffs said in unison
The door opened and tasha receptionist entered ………………
" mam Mr.vadehra is here to meet u " tasha said
" send him in " geet said
A tall incredibly handsome man with blond hair and black eyes entered …………………. For A moment all girls in the room ( for sure except geet ) forgot to breath ……………. He wore black shirt and formal cream pant …………………… he went near geet and hugged her formally ……………………….. everyone were shocked to see that …………………..geet looked at her staffs who were frozen and cleared her throat ……………..
"ppl this is Mr.Karan Vadehra ……………now on I ll be dealing with &&& designs directly and u all will report to him in my absence " geet said
Everyone nodded ………………….
" ohk u all can go now " geet said
When everyone left karan took out his coat and placed on the chair ……………………….. he sat leisurely leaning ……………………
" yaar geet why do I have to dress so formally in summer can I come in T-shirt from tmr ? " karan asked
" shut up karan try to be responsible I m placing huge responsibility in ur hand moreover ur bua was telling me that u are wasting ur time and………… " well after that karan stopped to hear geet's words as his eyes fell on object of his interest
Karan left out a whistle and geet turned to see him ……………………..
" karan are u listening ? " geet asked sternly
" geet love u for calling me to work with u " karan said not looking at her
Geet turned to the direction he was seeing and smirked to see what he was admiring …………….
" janani Sharma 25 years works as secretary , ……..not ur type " geet said
Karan turned to look at geet
" sweet heart I don't have a type I m satisfied with all " karan said with a wink
" K do whatever u want but i won't entertain carelessness and irresponsibility in office works " geet said
" of course I ll take care ……………. Now tell me is she single " karan asked
" kind of " geet said and karan narrowed his eyebrows
" she was or is umm I don't know but Maan's GF " geet said

" my enemy " geet said before karan could complete

" u shd practice better lines then I doubt if she ll fall for u " geet said
" what do u mean by better lines I m the best " karan said

They both walked out of the conference room and met maan in the way ………………….
" hey maan good to see u " karan said cheerfully maan looked at geet
" maan this is karan I told u yesterday " geet clarified
Maan shook hands with karan ………………….. just then janani came there with some files to give to geet ……………….
" hey beautiful " karan said flirty
Janani gave uncomfortable smile and mouthe a 'hye'…………………….she tried to turn her attention to geet but karan was in mood to flirt not minding maan's presence
" I m very happy to see u here u know trying to get a look at u from conference room crooking my neck was really painful " karan said
Janani didn't expect anything so frank she was not used to anything lke that …………………… she definitely smiled hearing so open compliment …………………….. maan gave a weird look to karan as if he was some alien …………………………… he wondered how is geet friend with someone like him ………………
Geet deciding to end karan's cheezy talks took the file from janani and walked to her cabin gesturing karan to follow her …………..
" sry sweet heart my girl friend is quiet bossy and I have to follow her catch u later " karan said walking away
Maan wasn't sure if he actually heard karan saying that geet was his GF coz as far as he knew geet told that karan is her old college friend who will be working with her from now on but is it possible that karan is her BF ………………… no way defo someone like karan will not be her choice ………………. Maan was confused he decided to end that confusion and went to geet's cabin ………………….. he saw karan sitting opp to geet picking one rose at a time from the bouquet which geet received just mins before as usual and geet was throwing it otherside while reading a file ………was it karan who sent her pink roses and chocolates daily…………………maan just hated the sight he already decided to dislike karan a few mins before and now he decided to hate him ……………………….. maan went to his cabin …………………………………
Later adi came to maan's cabin to give him a file ……………….
" adi where is khanna's file ? " maan asked
" geet mam told that Karan sir will be handling that " adi said
" I heard karan is handling Kanderwal's project ?" maan asked
" he is doing both " adi said
" what is this new karan booth all over …………….. he just came to office today and already u r trusting him on two big projects " maan shouted
" but he is geet mam's frd so he receives spl privilege" adi said
" special my foot …………….. I hate this karan " maan said
" I know " adi said lowering his head
" what ? "
" I know u hate karan coz since when he came he is flirting with janani " adi said
He is flirting with janani ? really? Why didn't he notice that ………………. Maan remember that karan used some line in the morning but maan was too busy thinking abt karan and geet that he forgot that karan was also hitting on janani ……………………. How could he forget ? shdn't he be a protective friend ?...from morning he was thinking about chaces of geet being with karan or not that he forgot everything else ………………… how can he be so stupid …………………….
Maan sat on the chair and closed his eyes …………………..why is he disturbed he himself didn't know …………………. He heard sound of phone ringing …………………… it was geet's phone she had given to him to load some fun games …………………. He switched of the phone and threw it in the draw ………………..
Later in the evening geet came storming into maan's office ……………….
" u idiot where is my phone ? " geet asked
" what ? " maan looked at her confused
" where is my phone ? did I get any call in the afternoon ? why didn't u attend " geet asked
Maan remembered how he threw geet's phone in nager
" who I …… ummm…b ……battery down " maan lied
" oh god maan there is imp conference regarding &&& project tmr evening …………………….. we need to go there …………………. Its already 6 now how will we reach there in time " geet was hell angry
Maan closed his eyes in guilt …………………. He shouldn't have done this ……………………
" don't worry we can go by car " maan said
" really !!!!! it will take one whole day " geet said
" I ll take u to the conference on time " maan said
" do u know short cut or what " geet asked
" kind of " maan said
" u better don't play with this " geet warned
" trust me we ll reach there in time " maan said
