That was the day maan came to know that geet really wanted to punish her culprits but was not able to…..now the question that was lingering in his mind about that smita and case was clear that it was not geet….not his geet ……that filed that complaint…..then she must be her husband's another prey…..

Now maan cannot delay his decision to put into action……

Geet is the most important part of his life…..he cannot leave his love to suffer all through her life…..so now he is the one who will not help her infact make her put her yearning for justice infront of her so that she can help herself……she need to stand for herself…although he will be the support all through her path but the first action will be from her…..

Maan was now more than sure that he will…no….they will fight for her…….and make her believe that he will there for her in her every difficult situation that she will face….. his love will be there for her to give her strength and the motivation to move forward in her life……to make her feel the beauty of this life…..

Maan st: geet I promise you that I will make you live the life that you always wanted…… It was you who came into my life like a fresh flower with your essence …. I didn't knew this emotion what I felt when I saw you crying …….crying for the first time…….

You were sobbing …whimpering for love….yes I knew that behind all those harsh words….you were yearning for love…..but can't put my emotions in a check…..

But when you cried for the second time that too because of me it pained me …..

Its only love…that pure sensation that I feel when you accused me of who I am ……who I am for interfering in your life…….

Till now I am no one…..but I will make my place in your life soon……..

It was Thursday when geet…..adi came and handover her a mail….it was an official letter as per geet can guess through its stamp….on opening the letter it was the court orders ……

It was the summon for the first case hearing that is only after two days…the case of domestic violence and dowry and divorse on the same basis………

It was registered by geet handa as per written in the letter……….

Geet was shocked on seeing the letter …..first of all she hadn't even filed any case against her in laws and husband….and on seeing the judicial orders she was scared…..

Geet: (with tears brimming in her eyes) tears were of helplessness….she doesnot know what further step she should take……

Geet: babaji……what is this…I haven't filed any case …… I haven't how could I have got this……and here in KHURANA CONSTRUCTIONS………..

Babaji..does they know I am here and this is there another trick to make me get back to them forcefully…..

Geet conscious: geet why are you thinking so much its not them who sent you the orders it's the chardigarh high court….and the court is filed by you against them…….

Geet came out of her thoughts and think how come on earth she filed this case when she is devoid of any type of help…… she doesnot know anyone …any lawyer who will help her and finanancially also she is not that strong…..

Whereas on the other side maan got a call from his lawyer…..

Lawyer: hello..Mr khurana ……..

Maan: hello Mr.dixit…..is everything fine…has the case been filed….

Lawyer: yes….Mr Khurana that is only I wanted to tell you that the court has proceeded with the procedures and the legal official notices has been sent to both the parties……and the first hearing is scheduled after two days at Chandigarh high court……

And miss geet's presence is necessary ….

Maan:( slightly in thought about geet's reaction) ok…Mr. dixit we will be there I hope all the proofs and evidences are ready to make the case strong…..

Lawyer: you need not to worry maan everything is under control…..

Maan: that s good…..then see you at the court…..

With that they ended there call…maan was slightly worried about geet's reaction on seeing the letter ….he was not having any single clue about how she will deal with all this….

Maan conscious: maan you need to stop worrying yourself first……… and when you are here to support gee make her understand then things won't be complicated for her……

Just be her strength that's all …the spirit to fight is there in her you just need to give her your hand to take the first step….

That's it….

Maan went to geet's cabin to explain her the situation……make her understand to face her past once again……

When he reached there he was shocked she was holding a letter in her hand standing by her desk….. tears filled in her eyes…looking confused and fearing expression covering her face…..

With her state maan came to know that she has got the summon from court……

Maan went near her and took the letter from her hand and when he read it …… he was expressionless……while geet was like don't know whether to go or stay there only……

Maan :(composing himself as if nothing has happened) geet you need to attend the first court hearing after two days…..you need to go…..

Geet :(snatching the paper) no I am not going anywhere and you need not to get involded in this…its my matter and I will see to it what I have to do…..

Do you need anything sir…..you could have called me….

Maan:(getting angry) yes I need you right now …come with me…..

Geet: ( shocked with his words) what….what do you mean by you want me…..

Maan: come with me we have to attend a meeting …… and you need to do the requirement things before the meeting ….and I need you for dictation……

Geet: ohh..ok I am coming……

With that geet followed maan to his cabin….

Although geet was writing what maan was saying but her whole attention was on the court hearing…..still comprehending what to do…..

Whereas maan was now loosing control when after calling her for three times she didn't respond and shouted on her…..

Maan: GEEETTT!!!!!!!!...kya soch rahi ho…I am calling you from ten minutes and you are lost in your dreamland…..do you know what I dictated or said…..show me what have you written with that he snatched the notepad and saw that there was written all the ways in which she was tortured by her husband….. even her family's deeds were written…..

Maan: ( in cool and authorative tone) geet come with me we have to leave today to Chandigarh……

Geet: coming out of her thoughts……NOOO!!!!! I am not going anywhere why don't you leave me alone…..

Maan:(yelled) and why can't you for the once think of yourself……your life…..look at this(showing her the notepad) …. These are the pains that you have endured within you……for once think of a life without them….how long will you be able to torment yourself…..

You need to get out of these for god sake……. Else the time is not too far when you will be in total depression…..of this…….do you get this….

Now come on we need to go today…………and I am not going to listen to you…..do you get it….come you need to do packing….

With that maan forcefully lead her to her hostel and asked his mom to pack his stuff for him…..
