this CS shows that Geet is still alive and living some where with her daughter...Ahana is 5 yr old and for Maan she died 5 yrs back...it means Ahana is Maan's daughter and Maan don't know about her...

but the main thing is that if Maan-Geet loved each other so much them why Geet did this to him...giving false information about her death and didn't even tell him about his daughter...what happen so drastic that she is forced to do this with him...
