A TV show on Dilip Kumar, Madhubala's romance

Mumbai: There have been reports about an upcoming television serial that will bring alive Dilip Kumar's romance with Madhubala, but the thespian's wife Saira Banu remains unfazed. When asked about the TV show, Saira stated that she is aware of it but did not want to say anything on that front.

The show apparently will focus on the personal relationship of Dilip Kumar and Madhubala, especially her torn state between her love and her father Ataullah Khan, which led her to part ways with him.

Madhubala was one of her kind as on beauty MA SHAA ALLAH... The producer has choosen the right person on TV to play this character, Drashti has the beauty of that era... I remember in Geet when Maaneet went to Manali, Bunty's father said to Geet that she has the beauty of Madhubala and Meena Kumari, Couldn't agree more, Drashti has the impressive expressions on her eyes, she doesn't need a dialouge to make us convinced that she is brilliant actress, I have feeling this role gone be a challenging role to her and might make her face Bollywood...

Drashti would look sizzling in this costume performing Madhubala's famouse tune of Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya... So excited for this show, well done Colors, it so rare to find such concept and suitable actress to play such role, without a doubt, Drashti is the best choice...

DD: it is Madhubala ek ishq ek junoon and it is about what happens in life of file actors...

DD: it is not about the life of madubala but about the life of film actors what they do how is there life...

DD: when you think of a film actors they think of three names Madhubala Amitab SRK... so when vajayanthimala was at peek... every one used to say Madhubala as a great actors so the show name is this...

They asked if she konw about madhubala...
DD: No much but she love to accept any character... like kareena...(m not exactly what she said there)

I am going to start watching this show after my exams end.I will probably have to catch some episodes on YT later..I am excited about this show cause l love watching different shows based on love stories and also with good looking pairs..Both Vivian and DD are good looking people..Hope they sizzle cause we need to have more awesome couples in tellywood.
