WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS WHY IS MAAN AND GEET MEETING AFTER SO MANY YEARS

I THOUGHT THEY LIVED CLOSE BY AS MAAN WAS ALWAYS IN GEET'S HOUSE

AND WHERE IS GEET GOING NOW, WHY DID THEY COME FOR SUCH A SHORT VISIT

because maan's dad left hoshiarpur to expand business and came to delhi... maan was only 14 then
maan was always in geet's house.. but when they left hoshiarpur maaneet didn't met once... (part 3)
and geet is going back to hoshiarpur... as dadi invited them for lunch and clear the misunderstandings b/w them... so they are going back now...
