For me GHSP will always remain special...I felll in love with MaanEet...but at the same time I believe life has to move on..Gurti as a couple were a bomb together...I will always cherish all the GHSP moments...Thanks Star One for giving us GHSP and Gurti...At the same time AarYa as a couple are growing on me... seeing their mud Holi performance...I 'm sure they would be as good as their performance in the serial as well...there is no doubt about it...I would not like to bring in comparisons between both the holi performances as I can see only 3 things in common GC, channel, the festival and may be the rain but this festival is connected to water...I'm in love with the realistic setting of this serial PV, direction has been top notch whihc is obvious as the Mittals are associated to it...KS is very good and above all the supporting cast is awesome...So for me, GHSP will always remain special as it forced me into a second stint with IF...and PV is gradually growing on me...

Thank God you all have decided to get active in GF. I am missing the forum nowadays, so I just read some posts and visit just to read. THis forum is like a dead place now so I also don't post anything now.

The few posts I have made here I did not hide I am a huge fan of DD. But I am also Maneet and GHSP fan.

I started watching GHSp not because of the chemistry but for the story. But I started loving Maneet because of their sizzling chemistry and I did not object to the fact that kind of chemistry is impossible for a long time.

I don't think neither DD nor GC could create that unique chemistry with anyone. Ofocurse they could show close, bold scenes. GC & DD only have to look into each other, but it is enough for us to notice their sizzling chemistry.Geet is a show I could watch even million times without getting bored. All others shows once is more than enough.

From what i know Zee has a strange way of promoting their shows. Sometimes back here in TB there was an article about one of their show's leads (Kaushik ki Paanch bahu or something). Zee PR team has spread news about the female lead and male lead mistakenly was locked in a van for a long time. The female lead was upset along with her family and stopped shooting for sometime as per the article. For Gc's show also lot of articles with GC saying different things were published which hurt GHSP loyal fans. I just hope DD handles her new shows news more maturely and she does not ahve to do anything to hurt her loyal GHSP fans.

i don't watch PV regularly cos I watch Na Bole and I am also not very fond of GC (the person), But I have never bashed him also. Afterall he has given us Maan, I love GC's acting. He is one of the most finest actors Indian TV has now. But from what I have watched some repeat telecasts of PV and from some posts it seems GC merely has any scenes in the show so far. Zee is only showing his body and GHSP copied scenes in Promos, more than his acting. They should not do it just to attract GC's fans. GC could do scenes with his mother, father which something he does not have the opportunity to portray in Geet cos he does not have mother and father in the show.

I don't see any character difference in that show so far except for male character having 2 daughters. ( So far father daughter bonding was also not shown much) All the expressions and acting is same, now look is also slowly becoming like MSK. So much of publicity about his different look in PV but slowly going back to the MSK look (the current promo is showing him in MSK look). Please don't take this as bashing. this is constructive criticism. It is not GC's fault. But Zee is desperate to show something which does not go well with the concept of that show. GHSP fans are mostly I think young girls. They love GHSP so much and it hurts them to see similar scenes in other shows so soon after GHSP goes off air. First CC show and now GC's show.

Starplus is giving actors popularity through the channel. They do not promote the show or the actors much. But being in an Star plus show automatically gives actors the recognition.

Zee is gaining popularity by getting popular faces in their shows. That is a difference between these 2 channels. it is a good thing to get popular and talented actors for channel's growth, but don't like how they do their publicity.
