Anyone waiting for an update????😉

Maan stood up immediately. He was literally seething with anger. At the same time he was extremely shaken up. "What if something happened to..." He couldn't even continue his chain of thoughts and closed his eyes. He felt a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"….Maan main samajh sakta hoon ki tumhe ye san sun kar kaisa lag raha hoga par tumhare liye yeh sab jaan na bahut zaroori hai..."

Maan nodded. He sat down and accepted the glass of water offered by Vicky. He drank it in a single gulp and felt much better, so Vicky continued-

"…. ek din Arohi ki tabiyat thik nahi thi, isliye Geet akeli college gayi thi. Uss din college khatam hone ke baad jab Geet bahar driver ka wait kar rahi thi, usey kidnap karne ki koshish ki thi. But fortunately uss din by chance main usey pick karne chala gaya. Tab vo ladke usey zabardsti car mein dhakelne ki koshish kar rahe the. Main ne Geet ko chhuda ke un ladkon ki achchhe se khatirdari kari. And I handed them to the police, since that day Geet calls me superman…."

Vicky chuckled while Maan was getting stunned with the things people had done for his Geet- Arjun, Raj and now Vicky.

"…. I got a nagging doubt ki its much bigger than their damn lust. I hired private detectives and they got me a lot of info on this good for nothing fellow Brij and his criminal records. In fact mujhe shak hai ki even this Rimi girl has been planted by him…."

Maan's anger was pulsating but he knew that right now there was no time for it. He decided to find some information on his own too. But right now the thing that held his top most priority was to Thank Vicky.

"Vicky, I don't know how to thank….."

"Oh no no no dude…. please don't thank me. I told you before also Geet is my family, infact double family….."

"Double family???"

"Yeah, but leave it for now, I got to tell you a lot more things but later. Right now what we have to concentrate upon is protecting Geet. Mujhe pura yakeen hai ki once that jerk gets to know that Geet is here, which he apparently knows by now, to wo kuchh na kuchh kaand to zaroor karega..."

"Tum bilkul sahi keh rahe ho…. aur iss halat mein to humein Geet ka aur khyal rakhna hoga..."

"Halat??? Maan, doll is okay na?? I mean kya hua hai ussey…. kahin wo Brij…."

"Arrey Vicky calm down…. Actually Geet pregnant hai…."

"WHAT???? OMG….I cant believe it my little doll is herself a baby and now soon gonna become a mom…. Congrats dude!!!"

He hugged Maan within a split second while Maan staggered backwards with the intensity of the hug, as he had not expected it. Before he could hug him back, Vicky broke the hug-

"Oh my god man, ab to humein bahut zyada savdhani baratni hogi….. Dude, now we have to make sure ki vo kabhi bhi akeli na ho... as in hum mein se koi uskey saath hona chaiyeh 24/7…."

"Haan Vicky, aur main iss maamle mein tum par pura trust karta hoon. Ek aur baat ghar mein yeh baat kisi ko bhi nahi pata hai …."

"This is good for us…. i mean jab tak sab kuchh sort out nahi ho jata, ye secret sirf humare beech mein hi rehna chaiyeh…. As for that Brij and Rimi unhe to hum dekh ledge….."

"Nahi Vicky, Rimi ke liye to Geet hi kaafi hai…."

The two boys grinned at each other agreeing to it. After all their Punjabi sherni could be very dangerous at times….

KHURANA MANSION

Rimi had not been able to sleep whole night as she had gone to bed on an empty stomach, thank to Vicky. She had got dark circles under her eyes. Moreover when she woke up in the morning, all her clothes, cosmetics and toiletries including the comb were missing. (courtesy- any guesses??)

She had no option but to go downstairs like that only since she couldn't even ask Rano and Dadima for help as she dreaded their reactions after yesterday's fiasco. As for all the servants, they hated her and the only help they could spare was getting POISON for her willingly!!!

As she descended down the stairs, all head turned towards her. Within fraction of seconds, everyone started rolling with laughter.

To say she was looking awful would be an understatement; in fact she was looking like a complete WITCH!!!

While everyone was laughing their heads off, Rano was looking at her closely. For the first time after she returned from London, she was without make-up. She kept on looking at her and after a few minutes, the realization dawned on her. She was not HER GEET.
