@thush. They changed the story a bit. Farida was supposed to come back after Asher found out the truth but in the series it's different. Don't know why they changed it so in the end I'm not sure how the letter will appear again.

@badi behan. The novel is in Urdu. 😆 Have never read the novel as my Urdu reading skills are not very good. I've never had proper lessons in that language, only a few about 20 years ago, so I'm more or less self taught (yes I'm bragging...as usual 😆). Though there are some spoilers in English in Pakistani forum.
