Maan: Kitne mahene(months) ho gaye.Everyone kept me aside from this matter.Jab bhi pusho sabh theek hai sabh theek hai aur jo documents mujhe tum logo ne diye hai wo to aise hai jaise ek scholar ko nursery rhymes ki book de ho... (Maan spent months in bed for this day lik he was on tenterhookes...so his frustration was genuine )

Addi: Sir Jo..Jo... information mere pass thi..I..I already has passed it to u (Addi realized Maan ll not let this matter as such..so saying this he stammered )

Maan: Why r u stuttering..U need not to say..not to do any thing..I ll handle..Maine hamare real estate agent se baat ki thi... aur mujhe jo patta chall hai that is quite shocking

Maan:Tum bata rahe thay na k Ram Kapoor ki company Ram Kapoor Builders I mean RKB hamare sath tie up karna chahti hai for new housing complex at Mohali...that Complex may b turning point for KC

Maan: Per kya yeh pata hai k construction site ki back ground history kya hai…agar nahi to main bata deta hu (Maan jumped form his chair )

Addi: Sir sach main mujhe nahi pata

Maan: RKB last 7 years se is venture ko start karne ki koshis kar rahe hai..but construction site ki cost ko lekar koi final decision nahi ho rahi tha between RKB n owner.Per within weeks they finalized things on same rate owner demanded(his mind was boggling thinking this)

Addi: Sir ho sakta hai RKB ko laga ho yeh deal main profit lagga ho (pushing his spects back he said)

Maan: U know Addi RKB ko isse 15% less rate per Chandigarh main aise he location mil rahi thi n one of best construction house in north India wanted to tie up with RKB on their terms I mean Ram Kapoor's terms.But he chose us the terms n conditions we offered why ?

Addi: Sir sabko pata hai KC is best construction house in India. Ya we work on our terms... But to tie up with us means to get best.This may b the reason.

Maan: May be...Business main may be nahi chalta...profit per kaam hote hai..yeh deal main humme profit jayada hoga..even Mr Kapoor ne us contract ko bhi extend kar diya hai jiski wajah se itna hangama hua..how..(sighs)

Addi: Sir

Maan: Addi let this go...I hav to meet Ram Kapoor so arrange inform him ...I wanna go for this as soon as possible.

Addi: Sir...Mr Kapoor ki meeting already planned thi with Dev Sir..but due to an injury he has knee surgery .So he ll b available after 15 to 20 days.But I ll inform his PA for this.

Maan: that's fine... then arrange meeting with JJ constructions for our Indore project unko yahi bulla lo...I can't go mujhe abhi yaha bahut kaam hai... plan rest of schedule according to my availability... keeping in mind... I can't leave our place for few months...Arnav abhi bahut chota hai..raat ko akeli Geet handle nahi kar paati...Maa sarra din pure ghar ko handle karti hai she needs rest n Daddi Maa unki health to tum jaante he ho..So Geet needs me more (he flashed smile thinking about his family especially Geet n their lil bundle of joy)

Before they can discuss more...Addi's phone buzzed.Dev had already informed him to reach Conference room...But Maan was taking his calss..So Dev called him back n this call saved him to face Maan more.

Addi: Sir mujhe jaana hoga actually Lukhnow highway ka jo contract hamare pass hai usse renew karna hai…Clients r waiting contract papers aur further details mere pass hai.

Maan: theek hai we ll talk later.

Addi ran from there .He was under such a tension lik his mind gonna explode...Somehow he handled things carefully...After meeting he called Geet n told her every thing ..So they decided to meet next day afte Maan ll leave for office next day making excuse to Daddi of her visit to Mandir

On the other hand instead of good luck ..Ill luck was waiting for Addi .In Hoshiarpur case Court had issued summons for Addi considering Geet's condition Court had granted permission for Addi to represent Geet during hearing.So Addi has to go for hearing...But Addi was at office so his grand mother send papers to his office considering that it may b related to his business

When peon received papers n was about to place in Addi's cabin...Maan asked for water n taking papers in hand he reached his cabin with glass of water

Maan: Sohan yeh tumhare hath main kya hai.(pointing hand toward envelop he said )

Sohan : Maan Sir wo Addi Sir k liye ghar se yeh lifafa aaya tha..isse pehle main unke table per rakta u asked for water aab rakh deta hu wo meeting main hai wapis aa kar le langay.

Maan: giv it to me..any official documents let me check (taking papers from him Maan said him to go )

Maan noticed court stamp on envelop...a legal notice...Sender District courts Hoshairpur

Maan: Notice from district magistrate hoshiarpur Addi k naam…(he could not resist him self to open it )
