Why my heart is so restless? Part 4

Geet looked at him.She was confused.
He just smiled,"Don't you remember climbing trees together...we both fell down..had to go to the hospital to get our leg and hands stitched".
Geet was shocked.
He knows everything about me and Tuttu.
"Geet...i could recognize you very easily.Can't you recognize your Tuttu?"
Geet was shocked.She looked at him unbelievingly.
"Tuttu?"
He nodded his head.
"Yes Geet.I kept my promise.Your best friend Tuttu is back".
Geet could not believe it.She looked at Maan.Her eyes got filled with tears knowing that she was cheated by him.

Maan was numb as he was caught red handed.
She stared at him with anger and hatred.
Her tried to control her tears as she did'nt want to be weak in front of Maan.
Geet looked at Tuttu emotionally.
"Tuttu..."

He smiled.
Geet's father Raghunand asked,"So you are Tuttu..i just can't believe my eyes.Your real name?"
"Dev Singh Khurana".
They were surprised.
Raghunand was excited,"Wow!The famous Business man Dev Singh Khurana?I have read articles about you.Right now you are the most successful business man in India".
Dev smiled.Geet was excited.
"Wow Dev..great...you are great.You are so successful in business".
Dev smiled.
Geet's office staff Adi told Maan,"Wow!I think now Dev Singh Khurana will conquer his childhood friend Geet Ma'am's heart.Two successful business people together.Nice.Right?"

Maan was getting irritated.
Maan went near the pool side.
Geet went there.
"Maan!"
Maan turned back.He was not able to face Geet.
She slapped him.
He was shocked.He had'nt expected this from his sweet heart.
"You did'nt expect this from me?Then what do you expect from me?After cheating me you thought i will caress your cheek?I can only slap your cheek".
"I am sorry Geet.I really love you.I became blind...my love for you made me blind.It made me lie".
He apologized.
"You don't deserve my pardon.Because you played with my emotions.Middle class men are always like this.They are fake.You are one of the fake middle class men.Like i said before..how could you dream about marrying a rich business man like me?Look at Tuttu...Dev..He is so rich.He is a successful Business man.Not like you".
Maan could not bear it anymore.
"Please Geet.."
Geet got angry.
"How dare you call me 'Geet'?Call me Ma'am.Don't forget that i am your Boss".
Maan felt pain.
"Ok Ma'am.Please don't insult me like this.Middle class men also have values.They are also human beings.Even they have the right to dream..to fall in love.I also did that.Is that a big fault?"
"You fell in love with the wrong person Maan.You dreamt of living with a rich lady.That's a fault.Because you are poor".

Maan was very upset.His eyes welled up with tears.
"By the way Maan...Dev..my Tuttu has called me for a date tomorrow.Our first date.We are going out to have fun"
Geet smirked.
Maan felt pain as his sweet heart is going on a date with another man,another man has taken his position.
"And one more thing Maan..you are dismissed.Don't come to the office again.I don't want to see you again.I hate you.Get out".
Maan got a shock again.He is out of her office.He won't be able to see her again.It's going to be their last meeting.
"No...i can't leave you like that Geet",he screamed inside his mind.
"Get out Maan",Geet shouted.
He went out with tears.

Dev and Geet went to an ice cream parlour.
"Tuttu...why did you take me to an ordinary ice cream parlour?Only local people come over here".
"So what?They are also human beings.In fact they are better than us in thinking...and loving.."
Geet was surprised about Dev's concept.totally different from her.
"I am going to surprise you".
Geet was very happy.
"Surprise?Wow!I can't wait".
She expected expensive gifts from him.
A simple girl dressed in an ordinary salwar kameez appeared.
She smiled.
She asked Dev,"This is your Geet?"
"Yes",Dev replied.
"Geet...Dev always talks about you".
Geet felt happy.
"Geet...you may be wondering who she is.She is Nandini.My Fiancee".
Geet was shocked.She could not believe her ears.
Nandini was smiling with sweetness.
"Nandini is my sweet heart.My life.I wanted to introduce my fiancee to my best friend and i wanted to introduce my best friend to Nandini.How is my surprise Geet?"
Geet felt that her head was spinning.She did'nt open her mouth as she was very weak.
"Geet...Nandini changed my mindset about people..world..relationships..she made me understand that love is not based on money..Money has nothing to do with love.True love is not based on money.You can't buy love with money".

He sat very close to Nandini.They both smiled.
Dev continued,"I want my special friend..you to attend our wedding".
He gave her his wedding invitation card.
Geet received it with her shivering hand.
Geet could not stand there anymore.
"Congrats.I have to leave now".
"No soon?"Dev asked.
"Have a meeting.Bye".
"Bye",they bid 'bye'.
Geet ran to a park near by and cried.
Someone kept arms on her shoulder.
