She is clearly acting the way she is because she is a huge diva and can't stand that Geet is getting more attention than her, even if the attention is because she has a psycho stalker. I think Nando has made it clear that everything has to be about her ALL the time. Even when Geet was trying to tell Lucky and Dev about the stalker, before Maan came back, it was Nando who interrupted assuming they were talking about her problem.
So now basically in her twisted and self-centred mind she is jealous that everyone is paying the poor frightened Geet more attention than her pseudo feminism, hair-combing and business-toppling and his throwing a huge tantrum , demanding attention and trying to make the Vikram problem about HER worry for HER husband.
