Some misunderstandings usually make life take a long U turn which is unexpected and even unpredictable'. We kept on thinking now what???? But only time is the one which answers our questions'. Sometimes innocent people become pray of it and they pay for nothing they did'. Life becomes unfair to them'. And the irony is they cant help out'. But God sees everything'. If the person is innocent he doesn't pay for long and in return gets justice in the form of a God gift''
Same thing happened with Geet'.. She can never in her dreams think to ditch her parents but after listening to something her parents lost trust in her'.
One day Mrs Handa was passing by geet's room when she heard her talking'
Geet:- listen Dhaval !!!! I know your love is true but running away is not the solution' have patience'. Pehle hi abortion karne ki galti ho chuki hai'ab aur koi galti nahi'. Babaji doesnt take exam of true lovers and we will surely succeed in our mission'. But first we'll try to convince Ma Papa and then we'll think further' trust your mom Dad as I do on mine'.
Mrs Handa was stunned listening to all those words'. She felt as if someone has slapped her hard'. She couldn't think of anything and went straight to Mr. Handa'. He was a strict person but always gave sufficient freedom to his one and only daughter and trusts her to the extent' By hearing those words from his wife he was stunned' he couldn't believe his ears' more than getting angry he was upset and hurt that he could not be able to give proper parvarish to his daughter and this lead to a decision that changed her life' Shattered her dreams'. And most importantly for no reason she lost the unending trust of her parents'. She cried in front of them to trust her coz she couldn't disclose the actual reason of that talk but they refused to listen to her'. They thought their daughter doesn't know the actual world and will end up getting cheated by someone'.. They snatched her phone' discarded her to go to college and refused anyone to meet her and most importantly they fixed her wedding with someone she merely knew'.
She was given everything she desired for since birth but to her the actual treasure was her parents who loved her that much that she cannot pay back but after that incident both of them merely talk to her and were not at all ready to listen to her'
She kept on crying in her room for hours and sleep in that condition only' It was two months after that incident and she was in same condition looking more pale and weak'. One day her mom came to her and spoke
Mrs.Handa:- Geet!!!! Today you have to go out with the person you are getting married to' he wants to meet you' and we expect you not to create more problems for us'.plz be nice to him and save our pride this time' we haven't told them about your past affair or may be affairs so plz atleast this time think of your family once''
She went saying those words which hurt Geet a lot and so hurt her mom too' she had never ever thought she'll have to speak to her daughter in that way but she cant help out' she knew the person she was getting married to was a great guy and will keep her happy forever but she never wanted to impose her marriage to her'. She didn't have any other choice'.
Geet thought that she cant stay like this and even cant leave her home like this' she sincerely needs to talk to Avantika whose boyfriend she was talking to' who was her best friend but hasn't shown her face since that incident '. She didn't know has she ran away with Dhaval or what happened with them as she herself was house arrested for these whole 2 months'.
Today she was stepping out of her house after whole 2 months but to meet a person whom she has never met before and has only heard his name and is going to spend her entire life with him'.
He came to pick her up' Mrs handa came inside to find her ready with simple white dress and no make up'
She frowned as she wanted her to look good enough in front of him so as he doesn't find any reason to give further... She was about to shout at her but held herself back and looked at her in disbelief' she couldn't get what she did now but because they were getting late'.
She stepped out of her room and saw him sitting with her father' although she has seen him many times before but there was an awkward feeling arising in her coz mere thought of being getting married to him was making her more nervous'
On the other hand he was lost in her beauty' even in her no make-up mode she was looking no less than an white angel walking towards him'. the thought that this angel is going to be his forever made a small smile crept on his lips but he hold himself back feeling the presence of elders in the room...
After a while both left'. It was awkward for both of them to go out with each other when they have merely talk to each other'. There was a weird silence in the car as Maan was thinking how to start and Geet was confused at her that state' Maan was driving but was stealing glances at lost geet' he felt as if something is bothering her' finally he took initiative to break the silence'
Maan:- Ummm kahan chalna hai???
Geet came out of her trance'. She looked at him and found him staring at her for reply
Geet:- ji woh !!! kahin bhi'.
Maan:- hmm aise nahi to aise hi bata do'.. what is your favourite place to hangout with frnds'
Geet was feeling awkward but she had to reply coz she had promised her mom to be gentle so she replied'
Geet:- any place where we can sit and talk'..
Maan:- so you talk also'..
Geet:- ji????
Maan:- nahi who actually you are sitting quite na since we left home'..
Geet:- nahi bas aise hi'.
Maan:- okay let us go to KFC we'll sit their for a while and can also talk only if you break ur silence'..
She smiles at his generous behavior'. Nice guy she thought'. But something else was running in her mind'. She couldn't leave her parents like that'. In few minutes they reached KFC '.. both headed towards the restaurant area and sat'. Maan was acting like a gentle man and was taking care of her'. Geet was lot in her own thoughts not unnoticed by Maan'.
Although Maan wanted her to talk to him but felt as if she must be feeling shy because of their first meeting but he took no time to get that something serious is bothering her'. He thought he might feel light so he spoke'
Maan:- BTW Geet our wedding is planned to be as soon as possible' its weird na' we are getting married for whole of our life and we don't even know each other'
Still she merely smiled and no response was there' Maan noticed her smile is not reaching her eyes' he now became restless'. He wanted her to be frank enough to him to share her worries and happiness but she was silent so by taking no time he said
Maan:- look Geet!!! We are becoming Husband-Wife but before that relation I want you to treat me as a friend of yours'. You can share with me anything that is bothering you'.
Geet looked at him stunned'
Geet:- (to herself)Hw come he knew my worry'. (to him) No there is nothing sort of'.
Maan smiled'
Maan:- I guess you need time to make me your friend' don't worry take your time'. Let us order something'
Geet was pleased with his nature' she found him to be really sweet and caring guy'.
After their meal they went to have a road side ice-cream' Geet unknowingly enjoyed his company'.
When he dropped her back there was a different smile on her face' she looked a little relieved'
Their engagement was planned to be on the very next weekend'. She was a little worried coz she met him just once and he is going to be her fianc'. But she was not left with enough guts to deny to her parents coz in their eyes she was a cheat'.
Although Geet was not mentally ready for this engagement but one thought to give her fate a chance made her stronger'..
They got engaged just formally'
They started to meet often' her parents couldn't deny him coz he was their future son-in-law and Geet also enjoyed his company'. They demanded more time from their parents to know each other properly before getting married ' Geet met his parents too and found them to be sweeter than him'.
They very soon became very good friends and Geet started to smile'. The same smile she lost'.. they began to shop for each other order each other tease each other and even sometimes getting angry from each other' Maan came to know her likes and dislikes and so was Geet'
But the accusation was somewhere still killing her from inside '.. She wanted everything to be sort out before her wedding' her restlessness couldn't be unnoticed by Maan' he knew whenever she smiled her smile never reached her eyes and he wanted to know the reason eagerly coz he did want to help her in coming out of that problem''''.
It was sure from Maan's behavior and concern that he loves her madly but she still was not sure''
Maan took that matter seriously and decided to talk to her'. One day he went to her home unexpectedly and was about to enter when he heard the voice of Mrs. Handa'
Mrs. Handa:- Geet !!! Enough is enough!!! Do as I say' just talk to Maan today and decide to get married asap'.. we can't bear your childish behavior anymore' you have already betrayed us a lot' plz for babaji's sake do as I say'.
Geet:- mamma!!! Plz listen to me once' just give me one chance to explain'
Mrs. Handa:- there is nothing left to explain'. Don't you get that'.. now just leave'.
Geet left from there crying'. And Maan saw Mrs. Handa weeping at her own behavior'' maan was shocked at whatever he saw' he couldn't came to any conclusion'. He being more confused found it better to leave from there right then coz he didn't want to embarrass them'. But he got more tensed at the situation'..
He went to home and silently went to his room'. He kept on thinking what the matter could be coz as far as he know Geet she can never ever betray or cheat her parents but why was her mother talking to her like that'. Suddenly his phone rang'. He saw the landline no. of Geet's home'. His mind strike at the point why was he not given a mobile phone'. But the ring became louder and he came out of his thoughts and picked up the phone'.
Geet:- hello !!!
Maan:- (trying to act normally realizing her voice due to constant crying) Hey !!! Geet mai abhi tumhare bare me hi soch raha tha'. Hw r u????
Geet:- Maan woh I want to talk about our marriage date' I mean cant it be sooner'
Maan:- that's my pleasure beautiful lady' but before that I want to meet you'
Geet:- but Maan I'''.
Maan:- Shhh !!! I want to meet you and that's final' we are meeting at XYZ park tomorrow 4 pm'. Accha bye Geet'.
He was about to hang up when he heard Mrs. Handa's voice
Mrs Handa:- Kya kaha usne???
Geet:- he wants to meet me'.
