The reason why I love the track is because it really does signify the differences between true love and what is just an obsession. These are the ways that I've noticed:

1. Maan has always shown his emotions, whether anger or love, right to Geet's face.
On the other Vikram says I love you to Geet, but it's said while he is behind her, signifying that despite his "love" he can't say it face to face.

2. Both men stay awake the whole night. While Vicky brings fear to Geet, Maan spends the whole night worrying about her wellbeing.

3. Vicky ponders about the "love" he feels for Geet, Maan worries about his love (GEET). For Vikram its about his so called love, while for Maan it's always been about Geet (as opposed to the idea of love)

4. Both men used blood to fill Geet's maang, but Maan did it proudly in front of the rest of world so that no one can question Geet and to connect him with her. On the otherhand Vikram did it while hidden away from the world only on the image of Geet, showing that he cannot even touch her.

5. In the dream Geet hugs Vikram, but before and after the hug all she says is Maan. So no matter how close the stalker comes, Geet will always call out to Maan.
