i think first thing when maan regains his full memory shud b how pammi mummyji hit him n wat led him to lose his memory n later after a few days I want maan to remember all the past things abt hpw maaneet met, fell in love, geet's past truth revealation, marriage, miscarriage, going to teji n beeji's place as balwant singh driver, suhaag raat in jungle, maan hugging geet after the letter during their reunion, maan saying i want to become a papa., then pummy mummyji troubling dadima n how he went to rothak house n then pammiji hitting him n all.

Their confession and the mornig follows =D...Or their first time seeing the baby through ultrasound. That was a touchy scene. But if i want to go with a romantic one i would say the scene where he puts his blood on her forehead. =D .x.

Interesting question Sly...

I would want it to start gradually.. like may be a touch... a feel suddenly seeming like deja vu.. and may be one of the first memories should be him remembering Geet's life in danger... or even his accident time.. Dev's entry back into KM and Maan remembering not being happy about it and then wondering what might have happened for Dev to leave in the first place... why would it hurt Geet to see Dev back in th house...
Remembering this part of his past will open up the possibility of Geet - Dev's past being revealed again...

There are so many...
The first time when he met Geet, when he saved her, the times they use to bump into each other, kurban hua, RTM, hoshiyarpur fight, confession, marriage...the list is so long...
