Geet-Maan's romantic journey
This week, Maan made Geet the most important part of his life yet again in Geet-Hui Sabse Parayi on STAR One. As the couple re-unite, we take a look at Geet and Maan's journey that has not always been smooth. They have faced several hurdles in their path, but this did not stop them from being the most romantic jodi on the small screen. Catch up with Maan-Geet's journey this far.
Geet and Maan tie the knot. This lovely couple got together after bravely facing a lot of hurdles. Geet is the coy bride, while Maan is her handsome and protective groom. Here, they pose for a picture on their wedding day.
Maan completely stood by Geet during her pregnancy. He even attended parenting classes with her, to prepare to look after the baby once it arrives. Even though Maan was not the biological father of Geet's child, he was equally excited about the baby entering their lives, and made sure that Geet looked after herself during pregnancy. These moments brought the couple closer.
Geet suffered a miscarriage, and it was Maan who stood by her like a rock. She went into depression, and it was Maan who took care of her and coaxed her to start life afresh.
Geet was angry with Maan and left the house. Maan went all the way to Punjab, that too pretending to be a driver, Balwant Singh, to win Geet's forgiveness. It was there that the couple had many romantic moments. They even shook a leg to Laung Da Lashkara. Here is Maan romancing Geet on a bicycle.
Geet and Maan got together to stop Nandini from marrying her fianc, after realizing that he is untrustworthy. This situation did not stop this romantic jodi from stealing a few moments to get cozy during Nandini's pre-marital functions.
Maan lost his business, thanks to his stepmother, whom he blindly trusted. Maan and Geet had to face a tough time, as they grappled in poverty, but the couple did not give up. They were sure that nothing could break them down as long as they were together. Geet started taking tuition classes to support Maan financially till he found a job.
Maan suffered from memory loss, forgetting even what his beloved Geet meant to him. However, Geet managed to win his heart once again. Here is Geet and Maan blissfully snuggled in each other's arms, after Maan had got locked in the office store room and Geet rescued him.
Maan planned a surprise for Geet. He performed all the rituals meant for a newlywed bride, and welcomed Geet back in his life. This was one of the most romantic and touching moments that this couple has had.
